The Dark Knight Rises Review
While Gameloft continues to strive toward pushing out "console quality" games on mobile devices, its track record has been able to pull some heroic partnerships. Both The Amazing Spider-Man grossed over half a billion dollars, while The Avengers is the third-highest grossing film of all time. Joining the Marvel madness is Detective Comics' newest blockbuster, The Dark Knight Rises.Mutant Roadkill Review
Generally speaking, there are few things that are socially acceptable to run over. No one will ever complain to you about running over a zombie. In the same apocalyptic vein, no one will ever complain about the vehicular flattening of a marauding mutant.Levee en Masse Review
At this point I feel like I've played just about all of the digital incarnations of board games that have come to iOS. One of the reasons I love them is that the AI is always a willing opponent. Very few have flat out single player versions in them, and even fewer are solitaire games from the get-go. There are games like Carcassonne that have special modes, and something like Elder Signs works great single player. But single player is the only option in Levee en Masse, both for the tabletop and app versions. Can’t Say That! Review

We all censor ourselves in certain kinds of company. For instance, we typically don't allow ourselves to say words that start with "F" and end with "K" in front of our grandmothers, as "Firetruck" can actually be a pretty upsetting word under the right circumstances. But for the fun of it, why not challenge yourself to hold back on using certain words even when you're alone? "Where's the fun in that?" you might sneer. Well, it's what you need to do if you want to play Can't Say That! —and no matter how you feel about censoring yourself, it is a lot of fun to play.Tentacle Wars Review
Like tower defense, fast strategy games (I don't know if this is actually a genre, but if it isn't I'm coining it now) are a relatively young genre that have gained momentum on mobile platforms. Their design lends themselves to mobile play. The fast pace and simple control scheme makes fast strategy perfect for the touch screen and gaming on the go. It's one of the few genres that feels like it belongs on an iPhone. Tentacle Wars is one of the finer examples of this. No clumsy virtual d-pads or gross approximations PC/Console control schemes, just a game the feels at home in your pocket.Wakfu Review
The MMORPG is an interesting case study. Here in the West, most of us equate the term "MMO" with games like Star Wars: The Old Republic, Runescape, and World of Warcraft. Yet, from a global aspect, a large portion of the most populated MMOs come from the East, including Ragnarock Online, Dungeon Fighter Online, and Dofus, each sporting tens of millions of users each.Jurassic Park Builder Review

If any combination of words is capable of making your inner child sit up and take notice, that combination should be "Jurassic," "Park," and "Builder." After all, the implications are fascinating. Who wouldn't want to build their own dinosaur park, raise raptors, feed goats to Tyrannosaurs Rexes, and hopefully keep everything from going horribly wrong this time (we suggest thoroughly inspecting every can of shaving cream that comes into the park)? Jurassic Park Builder for iOS doesn't really offer an outset that's as exciting as the movie that spawned it, but it's still a very decent park-building game that lets you manage some fascinating attractions.Fieldrunners 2 Review

Some people argue that it isn't enough for a sequel to do what made the original great. That in order to stand out, it has to veer of the beaten path and introduce new features, and in some cases, an entirely new play style. You know the ones. The people who who get their hands on a sequel on release day, play it for a little while, and immediately start complaining that it's "just like the first one!" These people haven't played Fieldrunners 2.
