Escape from Thunder Island Review
Rita, the heroine of hidden object game Escape from Thunder Island, is in a bit of a pickle. She wants to find her dad, who's gone missing while looking for the Lost City of Zenadoo, but the volcano looming over his last known location is ready to blow and a good sneeze is likely to set its ash to spewing. She'll have to trek through the jungle, comb through temples, and solve ancient puzzles to save her pop, but fortunately she has luck - and a monkey - on her side.
Emma and the Inventor Review
Most of us have grandfathers but few (if any) of us have one who conducts bizarre scientific experiments in a gorgeous house in upstate New York. If we did, we'd no doubt be visiting him often just like young Emma Jenkins does her eccentric grandfather in Tricky Software's Emma and the Inventor. While this polished hidden object title offers some creative hidden object scenes and a charming soundtrack, it's ultimately undone by a too-familiar concept, too-easy puzzles and too-thin content.

Hidden Mysteries: Notre Dame - Secrets of Paris opens with the bishop of Notre Dame walking the grounds of the cathedral. When he notices that the priceless relic, the crown of thorns, is missing he calls the Préfecture to report the crime. You are sent to find the crown of thorns and the thief and make certain they pay for their crime. Considering the number of crimes and acts of vandalism you commit by the end of the game, which include breaking into a car, destroying a tile in the cathedral and cutting up a piece of artwork, it's surprising that you don't earn a little jail time of your own.Supermarket Management 2 Review
Now and then it takes some time to produce and release a sequel, and this is exactly the case with Supermarket Management 2, which was released two years after its predecessor. The player quickly learns that Kate, the hero of the first game, is now aspiring to be her own boss. She'll succeed thanks to the support of her family and help from you, the player.
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game Review
The Pirates of the Caribbean movie series has always traded on its inane goofiness. It's flamboyantly overacted and much heavier on style than story, but it's this irreverent style that lends itself perfectly to receiving the Lego treatment from perennial Lego game creators Traveller's Tales. The results are as whimsical and fun as ever.
Lost Chronicles: Fall of Caesar Review
Fall of Caesar, the latest installment in the Lost Chronicles franchise, takes us to Ancient Rome as we enter the story just after Caesar's demise at the hands of Brutus and Cassius. You're an unnamed Roman who takes it upon himself to track down Brutus and make him answer for his crime. It's just unfortunate that your fun, like Caesar's, is cut short due to some killer puzzles.
