Twist Pilot Review
Zynga made its name with some twists. In the case of its biggest hits, this often meant just twisting the name of an existing game or tweaking a gameplay element to make a new product out of something that came before. The ailing powerhouse in social and mobile gaming platforms has since expanded to a stable of published content, much of which offers more outside-the-box play. Isn't that a twist.
Jumping Finn Turbo Review
What time is it!? If your answer to that question is not immediately and resoundingly, "Adventure Time!" then I have some good news and some bad news. On one hand, Jumping Finn Turbo's menagerie of in-jokes and references is likely to fly haphazardly over your head. On the other, flying haphazardly overhead as the titular Finn still makes for a vibrant pick-up-and play experience.
Hidden Runaway Review
It's always sad to see a romance come to a bitter end, especially when that romance was forged in adversary. Runaway, a classic PC adventure from 2001, made a splash with its boy-meets-girl (by accidentally hitting her with his car) story introduction, which rapidly swells into a tale about two star-crossed lovers running for their lives. Hidden Runaway for iOS re-visits that story, but now its main characters, Brian and Gina, are a bitter, separated couple.

Take a deep breath and steel yourself for a shock: the App Store has a new free-to-play zoo-building game. Yeah, it's some pretty intense news, but if we all hang onto each other and pray, we'll get through it somehow. Then again, you might actually consider loosening yourself from the grieving knot long enough to give Wonder Zoo—Animal Rescue a try. It's not a remarkably original mobile zoo simulator, but it's well put-together.

Finger Tied Review
I love playing an iOS game that really embraces the strengths of the touch-screen interface, instead of trying to force other control schemes onto it. Sure, some of the dual-stick shooters or FPS games turn out fine. Heck, even a few of the platformers are good. But there's nothing like playing a game on the iPad that simply couldn't exist on another system, one perfectly suited to the device. Finger Tied is just such a game.
