GENERAL INFORMATION

The game can be played in either "Career" or "Lucky Junction Tour" modes. Career Mode follows the storyline and you have the choice of playing in a timed or relaxed mode. If you play in timed mode you are given a predetermined amount of time in which to find all the objects listed and you will also be assessed for the speed in which you find items. If you run out of time you must start the level over again until completed. In Relaxed mode you play the same way except the clock will be disabled and you can play at your own pace. You are still acknowledged for making fast matches.
Lucky Junction Mode opens all the stores at once without the storyline and you play through all of them until completed. This mode is only unlocked once you complete Career Mode first. This can also be played in a timed or relaxed mode with the same rules and game play applied in Career mode.
Both modes penalize you if you click too many times randomly on the screen by sounding a buzzer and showing a nag screen.
The items are always located in the same areas but the items you are asked to find will vary from game to game.
In every screen there is a hidden Star that when found will give you another hint.
There is a maximum of 4 hints available at all times, and there is only one hint star per screen.
The game has a magnifier that you can use to see very tiny items and comes in handy quite often. Many of the items in the search screens are very small.
Some of the screens will give you a list of items to find and others will show silhouettes of items. As you find an item it disappears from the list and another appears in its place. Some items which weren’t active earlier become so as the game progresses.
If you get stuck finding an item and you are out of hints, you can click on "map" and work on another area for awhile and look for a star in another screen to earn a hint and then come back to the area you are struggling with.

At the beginning of each level you will meet a client and the client will request certain items for their room which appear on a "Wish List" located on the left side of the screen. (See Image Above) As you search the various yard sales you will find specific items that you will re-work into furniture to make a fun room for your client.
The mini games consist of you taking the special items you have found at the yard sales and you will rework these items into beautiful decor and practical furniture for your client’s rooms.

WALKTHROUGH – Career (Relaxed Mode)

This walk-through will take you from start to finish. The order the yard sales are chosen are not critical to the outcome of the game, but this order works well and if you need to stop playing for awhile, the game saves at the point you left off.

Items that are consistently searched for are here and the items are circled in red.

Since the items that appear in the list vary in each game, it is not possible to show the answer to every potential list, but the items that are required for every level that can be shown are shown here solved.

You will be finding items for 8 clients:

Sandy’s Beach Veranda
R. Master’s Nursery
Miss Kitty’s Dining Room
M. T. Grave’s Un-Living Room
Sir Lion’s Heroic Den
T. Hugger’s Tree House

Sailor Bob’s Bedroom

At the beginning of each new client you will see a screen like this where the items they are requesting are shown to you. There will be a wish list to the left of the screen that while in the Map screen will show you your progress toward achieving your goals in finding what you need.

You may toggle from location to location and work in any order you wish or you may follow the order I have here.

First you will visit Rick Hoffen’s yard sale (upper left hand side of map)

Here at Rick Hoffen’s yard sale you will find multiple items on the list and eventually it will ask you for candles, cloth, a wheel and a hook which are circled in red above. These items will be used in the mini game once all yard sales are visited and levels completed. NOTE: Be sure to look for a star to earn an extra hint. Frequently it is located above the door on the plane and on the shed to the far right but could appear anywhere. Once you complete this level you will go back to the map and choose to visit Robort’s house located near bottom right of screen.

Once here, you will be required to find all the tools for Rick Hoffen. These items appear as silhouettes on the left side of screen and only the items that are showing can be activated. Once they are all found you will be taken back to the map and will then visit Nikki Darling’s yard sale.

Here too you will find tools for Rick Hoffen. Once all of these items are found Rick Hoffen will give you a special items for Sailor Bob’s bedroom. The items are also in silhouette form. After completing this list go back to the map and choose Grizzly Jones’s yard sale near mid right side of map.

At Grizzly Jones’s yard sale you are again given a list of items to find that will vary but the four items needed for the project are the dinghy, the rope, the treasure chest and tin cup which are circled in red above. Don’t forget to look for a hint star which is frequently found on the tree to the right or on the door to the mansion. Once all items are found, you have completed your first set of yard sales and will be taken to begin restoring items for your client’s rooms.

Here you will sand the ship’s wheel. Grab the steel wool with your mouse and hold the left button down and you drag it over the wheel. Once you complete one side it will prompt you to click on a button to flip it and you will sand the other side.

Now you will stain the ship’s wheel using the stain and paint brush. Dip the brush into paint and hold down left mouse button as you apply paint to the wheel. Again, when done you will flip it over and paint the other side. If the brush goes dry just click on the can of stain and it will replenish it.

Next you will use the rag to remove the excess stain from the wheel. Click on rag holding left mouse button down and drag it back and forth until wheel is completed and you will again flip it over and do the same to the other side.

Next you will place the tin cups into the base of the chandelier using positions shown above in the photograph. The area highlights when you click on a tin cup to aid you. Once they are all in place you will see a project completions screen and a score based on the job you have done.

Next you will place the candles into the tin cups as shown in image above.

Next place the braided rope pieces in the correct positions which will highlight as you click on a piece of rope.

Light all of the candles with the match provided. Click on the match and drag to candles to light them.

This is the completed chandelier project.

This is Sailor Bob’s Completed Bedroom.

After the last project is completed you will be asked to place the items correctly in the room and you will be shown each room after it is redecorated.

After this you will move on to the next client.

J. Dean’s Game Room

The first yard sale to visit is S. Keymo located in the middle of the map near the bottom.

Here you will find multiple items in list form and will look specifically for the green felt, mirrored disco ball, pool balls, and kickstands. Please note the pool balls can be found in 3 locations. Items needed for restoration projects are circled in image above. After you finish here, return to the map and choose to visit Father Time’s yard sale next.

Here you will need to find all the penguins that S. Keymo said were "running amok." There are twelve penguins to find and they are all circled in image above. After you finish here, go back to the map and choose Mel Cook’s Joint located near the bottom right of map.

Here you will also find twelve penguins circled in red above and once completed S. Keymo will give you an item needed for J. Dean’s game room. Once finished here go back to the map and click on Faye Rowe’s yard sale.

You will find various items in list form and the specific items needed for the restoration projects are circled in red above. You will need the pool cues near bottom left, ironing board, tire and rug all circled in red above. After you complete this level return to the map and click on Mother Goose’s yard sale.

Here you will find items in list form and will need to find specific items for the restoration project. These six items are circled in red above and include the black cups, decorated guitar, muffler and newspaper. When finished here, you will be taken to the restoration projects for J. Dean’s game room.

Here you will apply glue to the board using the same technique as painting earlier. Click on the brush and hold down left mouse button while moving around board until glue covers it.

Next you will place the felt over the glued area on board. Click on felt with mouse and drag it to the correct position.

Using the cutting tool you will cut along the red lines. Click on tool with mouse and trace along red lines while holding left mouse button down. You can not mess this up as it will not let you.

Cut all required shapes with cutting tool until completed. Use same method as above.

Take the pool cue and cut it where the red line indicates using the cutting tool and same technique as above.

Place black cups into the 12, 3, 6 and 9 position on the clock face. Drag and drop with the mouse.

Place pool balls in the correct positions in numerical order. Drag and drop with mouse.

Drag pool cue hands into position and secure on clock face. Drag and drop with mouse.

Next project is the Motorcycle table and this requires you to sand the muffler with the steel wool in the same manner as you sanded the ship wheel. Grab steel wool with mouse and hold left mouse button down while dragging back and forth across muffler until shining. The muffler will flip over and both sides will be sanded.

Now you will spray paint the muffler using a can of spray paint. You click on the can and hold it by pressing the left mouse button down. If you hear the stream get weak let off the mouse button and the can will shake for you and you can continue. Once finished it will flip the muffler over so you can paint both sides.

Next you will clean the glass tabletop with the rag using a back and forth motion and cleaning both sides.

Place the kick stands at the base of the muffler where green areas indicated.

Now you will weld the kick stands to the base of the muffler with the blow torch. Click on the blow torch and hold down the left mouse button while applying to correct area.

Once all projects are finished you will be asked to place all items into J. Dean’s game room in the correct positions. J. Dean’s completed game room is pictured above. Once finished you will be introduced to your next client Sandy where you will complete Sandy’s Beach Veranda. Once you see all required items go to the map and choose your first yard sale which will be Father Time’s yard sale.

Sandy’s Beach Veranda

Here you will find a list of variable items to find and five items to locate for the refurbishing projects. These items consist of 3 fish, a gear and a photograph located in red circled areas above. After you finish here return to map and proceed to Mel Cook’s Joint located at bottom right of map.

Here you will find another list of variable items to find and four specific items needed for the refurbishing projects. These items consist of a finial, a towel, chair and piece of bamboo and can be found in red circled areas in image above. Once finished here you will return to map and choose Trish Trasher’s yard sale.

Once here you will be searching for cookbooks that Mel Cook has requested and once they are all found he will give you an item for Sandy’s beach Veranda. There are ten cookbooks on each screen and all of them are circled in red in the images above. You will visit Grizzly Jones’s and Rick Hoffen’s yard sales next to find the cookbooks needed. Once finished at Rick Hoffen’s return to map and you will head to Nikki Darling’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of variable items to search for along with seven specific items needed for the refurbishing projects. Among these items are 5 hand held fans, a surfboard and a chair which are circled in red in image above. Once you find all of these items you will begin your next refurbishing project so you can decorate Sandy’s beach Veranda.

Here you will spray paint the motor with green paint on both sides. Use previous technique of holding down mouse button while applying paint.

Next you will sand the finial with the steel wool using the same methods used earlier.

Next use the brush to paint stain on the finial then use the rag to brush off excess stain. (not shown)

Next you will position the 5 fan blades into the correct position on the gear. The area will highlight when fan is clicked on.

Next place the bamboo pole into the center of gear as pictured using your mouse.

Completed Ceiling fan. Next you will proceed to refurbish the old surf board.

Sand all old paint off of surf board using steel wool. Use same technique as earlier and you will sand both sides.

Now you will spray paint surfboard red on both sides.

Next you will apply stencils to surfboard (Not Shown) and will paint in the stenciled areas and remove stencils.

Once all projects are completed you will place all items into room. Sandy’s Beach Veranda pictured above. Once finished with this you will meet your next client where you will work on R. Master’s Nursery. Once you have been introduced to the client and see his wish list, proceed to the map and choose Robort’s yard sale.

R. Master’s Nursery

Here you will find a list of variable items to find and 3 items needed for refurbishing projects which consist of the toy cat, fish bowl and apple crate. These items are circles in red in image above. Once finished with this level return to the map and go to Rick Hoffen’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of varying items to find and 5 specific items needed for the refurbishing projects. These consist of 4 wooden lids and a teddy bear which are shown in the red circled areas in the image above. Once you finish this level return to the map and proceed to Trish Trasher’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of varying items to find and 4 specific items needed for the refurbishing projects which consist of 2 gates, a stuffed monkey and a baby carriage. Once these items are found you are ready to begin your refurbishing projects for R. Master’s nursery.

First you will pull the broken necks off of the guitar bodies using the mouse. (Not shown.)
Next use the saw to cut the guitar bodies in half as shown in image.

Remove all old paint with steel wool on both sides of guitars.

Use the glue gun to apply glue to the edges of the guitar (Seen in image) and place edges together. (Not shown)

Spray paint both sides of guitar body purple using previous techniques.

Place all hardware parts on guitar as shown in image

Completed Guitar. Once you complete the guitar you give it to Trish and she will give you something for the Nursery. After this step you need to go back to the map and proceed to Charley Pullman’s wares located along the bottom left of the map.

Here you will search for items listed that are variable and will search for 4 specific items needed in refurbishing project which consist of a shutter, a toy dog, a telegram and a baton. Once you complete this screen you will proceed on to the refurbishing project.

You will begin by painting the apple crate yellow on all sides.

Next you will use the brush to stencil designs all around the painted crate.

Next you will spray paint all 4 wooden lids black.

Stencil and Paint over all 4 painted lids with red paint.

Place finished wheels on crate as indicated in picture.

Place all remaining parts on crib as shown.

Completed Crib. Now we will move on to the next project the "Monkey lamp."

Use rag to clean fish bowl on all sides

Place all individual parts on lamp. (Not shown)

Next you will be prompted to place all items into the nursery.

R.Master’s completed Nursery. Next we will proceed to meet your next client Miss Kitty and after you have seen her requirements go to the map and visit Mel Cook’s Joint first.

Miss Kitty’s Dining Room

Here you will find all items on the list and 3 specific items needed for the refurbishing projects. These items consist of a bench, door and a wheel shown in the red circled areas above. Once finished go to the map and head to S. Keymo’s yard sale.

Here you will have a list of items to find and 3 specific items which consist of the Cow skull, milk can and blanket. Once you find these items return to the map and proceed to Nikki Darling’s yard sale.

Here you have another list of varying items to find and 3 specific items you must find which includes a receipt, painting and cactus shown in the picture circled in red above. Once you finish here Nikki will ask you to find dog bones and when finished she will give you an item you can use in your client’s room. Next return to the map and proceed to Faye Rowe’s yard sale.

Here you will visit 3 locations where you will find all of the dog bones that Nikki Darling requires. Each location has 10 hidden bones which are shown in the images above. Once you find all of them Nikki will give you an item and you can proceed back to the map where you will next visit Mother Goose’s yard sale.

Here you will search for a list of items and also 5 specific items used for the next refurbishing project. These items consist of 4 wooden planks and a milk can which are circled in red in the image above. Once finished here you will begin the next refurbishing project.

Now you will sand the door with steel wool using your mouse. You will sand both sides of the door as indicated in image above.

Next place trim around all edges of door.

Completed Tile Picture. Next you will complete a tile puzzle by placing them in the correct position and completing a picture. Use the finished picture above as a guide if needed. The puzzle pieces can be rotated by clicking on them with the right mouse button.

Miss Kitty’s completed Dining Room

Next you will meet your new client.

M.T. Grave’s Un-Living Room

Once you meet your new client proceed to game map and click on Grizzly Jones’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of items to search for and 5 of them are required for refurbishing projects such as 4 springs and a plaque which are shown in the image above circled in red. Once you find all the items required return to game map and click on Father Time’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of items to search for and two specific items for refurbishing projects which include a coffin and a gargoyle. These items are located in image above circled in red. Once you find these items return to map and proceed to Charley Pullman’s yard sale.

Here you have a list of items to find and three specific items consisting of two leather belts and a plant stand. Once you find all required items return to map and click on Faye Rowe’s yard sale.

Here you have a list of items to locate and three specific items needed for projects consisting of a tombstone, floor lamp and a medical chart. Once you find these items proceed to Robort’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of items and one specific item which is a Gargoyle. You will find this item circled in red in image above. After you finish here go to the map and proceed to Trish Trasher’s yard sale.

At Trish Trasher’s, Mother Goose’s and Rick Hoffman’s yard sales you will find oil cans for Charley Pullman and she will give you and item to use in your clients room once you find all required items. The oil cans are in silhouette form and are circled in red in the images above. Once you finish finding the oil cans and are given the special item by Charley Pullman you will begin your next refurbishing and redecorating projects.

Sir Lion’s Heroic Den

Here you will search for items listed and will search for two specific items to be used in your new client’s room. These items are armor and a barrel which are circled in red in above image. Once you find these items. Proceed to map and click on Mel Cook’s Joint yard sale.

Here you will search for a list of items of which 5 are specific items needed for refurbishing projects. These items are two pieces of armor, banner and a crate which are circled in red in above image. Once you find these items go to map and click on Trish Trasher’s yard sale.

Here you will search for a list of items of which three are specific items needed for future refurbishing projects. These items consist of a banner,a hood ornament and a helmet. These items are circled in red in above image. Once finished here, go to map and proceed to Nikki Darling’s yard sale.

Here you will search for a list of items of which four are specific items needed for future refurbishing projects. These items consist of two skis, a banner and armor. These items are circled in red in image above. Once her return to map and proceed to Mother Goose’s yard sale.

Here you will search for a list of items three of which are specific items needed for future refurbishing projects. These items consist of a broom, towel and and ironing board and can be seen circled in red in the image above. Mother goose needs you to collect eggs for her so your next stop should be to visit Grizzly Jones’s, Father Time’s and Faye Rowe’s yard sales.

The next three yard sales contain 10 eggs each you must find for Mother Goose. Once she has them all she will give you an item for your client’s room. Once finished here you will begin your next refurbishing project.

T. Hugger’s Tree House

Here you will find a list of items to locate and one specific item you will need to refurbish for your newest client. This item is a wooden gate and can be seen circled in red in the image above. Once you find this item return to the map and proceed to Nikki Darling’s, Mel Cook’s and S. Keymo’s and Charley Pullman’s yard sales to find the teddy bears that Ebeneezer needs to re-open his factory.

These locations all show a silhouetted list of teddy bears and you can see the solution to these puzzles circled in red in the four images above. Once finished with finding teddy bears Ebeneezer von Snobb will give you and item for your next client’s room. Proceed to game map and click on Grizzly Jones’s yard sale.

Here you will find a variable list of items to find and three specific items you must find for the refurbishing project. These items consist of two serving trays and a foot stool. Once you find them return to game map and proceed to Rick Hoffen’s yard sale.

Here you will find a list of items to search for and must find one specific item to use in the redecorating of the new client’s room. This item is a radio and can be seen circled in red in the image above. Once finished here return to map and go to Trish Trasher’s yard sale.

Here you will find a variable list of items to find and five specific items you must find for the refurbishing projects. These items are four bedposts and headboard trim which are circled in red in image above. Once these items are found return to map and click on Faye Rowe’s yard sale.

Here there is a list of items to find and two specific items for refurbishing projects. These items consist of a broken bicycle and a headboard. These items are circled in red in image above. Once found return to map and click on Robort’s yard sale.

Here there is a list of items to find and six specific items needed for the refurbishing projects. These items consist of four bed posts, a thermometer and a chair. These items are circled in red in image above. After you finish here you will begin your final refurbishing projects.
