What Is The Secret Action in 99 Nights in The Forest

Item List

  • 4x Scrap Metal
    • Scrap is found around the map. I recommend checking tree stumps, chests, cabins, flower circles, and other camps.
  • 5x Wooden Logs (+ however many are needed for the Tutorial fire)
    • Logs are easy to find in abundance. Simply chop a small tree near your campfire.

Is It Really That Humiliating?

To get this badge, you’ll need to die in a specific way. So, I recommend queuing up a solo lobby, unless you have friends who also want the badge. Obtaining it will mean throwing the game or wasting valuable bandages to revive and continue afterwards.

Your first step is to complete the initial tutorial, and then upgrade the crafting bench to level 2 using 1 Scrap Metal and 5 Wooden Logs. After this, you’ll need an additional 3 Scrap Metal to buy a Bear Trap.

Place the Bear Trap anywhere within the perimeter of your camp and step on it, activating its snare. Do this again. And again. And… Again. If you die to the Bear Trap, you’ll unlock the Secret Action badge, aka the Humiliation badge! As a reward, you can show it off and claim 4 Diamonds for your valuable and humiliating sacrifice.

The Humiliation badge has a star rarity of 4/5. Despite its very simple obtainment. For comparison, another 4 Star Badge is the Durability Badge, which requires players to survive 99 days with no deaths!
