Also unlike most gacha games, some rewards here get as rare as 1 in 250,000,000. It’s a game of attrition for the most part, with some nice gameplay wrinkles to keep you hooked. In this guide we’ll discuss the apex of the game’s Potion-crafting system, the Universe Potion.

A Guide To The Universe Potion In Sols RNG

In this guide, we’ll discuss the process of crafting the Universe Potion, what it actually does when used, and whether it’s worth your time crafting one at all.

How To Craft The Universe Potion

To craft the Universe Potion, you’ll need to make your way to the Stella NPC in the secret cave at the top of the waterfall. Once inside, you can follow a trail of candles through some tricky platforming to find her.

Once you do, interact with either Stella or the Cauldron next to her to start the crafting process. You’ll need the following ingredients to cook up a Universe Potion:

• Lucky Potion x10 – Found randomly on the ground.
• Rare x5 – 1 in 16 roll chance Aura.
• Comet x2 – 1 in 12,000 roll chance Aura, exclusive to Starfall. Can be obtained via Breakthrough at a roll chance of 1 in 180,000.

What Does The Universe Potion Do?

When used, the Universe Potion allows you to roll Starfall-exclusive Auras at their normal roll rates in any Biome for 10 minutes. The following Auras are affected by this:

• Comet – 1 in 12,000 roll chance.
• Galaxy – 1 in 500,000 roll chance.
• Starscourge – 1 in 1,000,000 roll chance.

Note that using a Universe Potion doesn’t actually change the Biome to Starfall. This means you won’t be able to find the Stella’s Star item while it’s active, unless the Biome naturally happens to be Starfall at the same time.

Should You Craft The Universe Potion?

Overall, the Universe Potion isn’t a great deal. You need to put in two 1 in 12,000 Auras, and 10 valuable Lucky Potions, to briefly increase your chances of rolling Galaxy and Starscourge. If you desperately need either of those Auras to fill out your collection then it can be worth it, but in most cases you’re better off using the Lucky Potions individually.
