How to Become a Hollow in Type Soul

You’ll need to load into the game with a brand-new character before you can start the process of becoming a Hollow – this is because it is an irreversible change. If you want to try out a Soul Reaper playthrough, you’ll have to create a separate character.

Firstly, you need to kill your character. This can be done in a plethora of ways – the choice is all yours! When a character dies in Type Soul, they become a spirit. Once you have become a spirit in the game, tap CTRL+K on your keyboard to break the chain of fate – you will then turn into a Hollow!

• Cero Burst
  • Great knockback ability that deals light damage

• Bala Blackout
  • Blinds your enemy for a total of 3 seconds

• Cero Infuse
  • Buffs your M1 damage
  • Lasts for a total of 30 seconds

• Bala Barrage
  • Shoots small projectiles toward your enemy
  • If all projectiles connect, the move deals high damage

• Bala Drive
  • When this projectile strikes an enemy, it teleports the caster to the opponent
  • Knocks enemies back while dealing damage

• Cero Confinement
  • Places an orb on the floor that emits an aura
  • If an enemy walks into the aura, they are pulled towards the orb, which then explodes

  • 3 strike hit after infusing the blade with Bala
