Type Soul Clans – How to Reroll and Buffs Explained

Wondering how the Type Soul Clans work? Some give you buffs, others are practically useless. But how do you join a new clan?

Type Soul Clans

I’ll only be noting down the Legendary clans as they are the ones that provide buffs. If your character isn’t in any of the clans below, then they’re in a Common clan. This means that they don’t receive any buffs or passive abilities! Legendary clans have a 3% drop rate chance and Mythical clans have a 1% drop rate chance.

How to Join a New Clan in Type Soul

You are automatically assigned to a clan when you make a character. The most likely case is that your characters are in a ‘common’ clan, which isn’t ideal, as they don’t come with any buffs. The only way to fix this is to reroll!

You can obtain Clan Rerolls via the character/skill window. Go to the Dev Products tab and purchase a Clan Reroll, before putting it on your hot bar. You have the option of purchasing singular rerolls one by one, or getting a bundle of 5.

Click the item on your hot bar to reroll your clan, and the new clan name will pop up on your screen. If you want a clan that comes with buffs, you’ll be looking for one of the clan names that I’ve written below.
