Torchlight Infinite has finally arrived, and we’re currently in the process of covering every aspect of it in a series of guides, with a focus on the characters themselves. This Torchlight Infinite Divineshot guide focuses on the master of ranged combat, Carino. Fans of Torchlight’s Vanquisher or the sequel’s Outlander will find plenty to love in the Divineshot.

This latest entry in the action RPG series brings Torchlight to mobile for the first time ever, and in a free-to-play format. It features five playable characters, most of which are entirely new to the series, alongside all of the monster slaying you dreamed of. If you love watching monsters burst into colourful gore, collecting showers of loot, XP, and gold in the process, you’ll love this.

In the meantime, we recommend checking out the official site to learn more about the game. Following that, make sure to check out our Torchlight Infinite codes list for freebies, Torchlight Infinite classes guide to learn more about them, our Torchlight Infinite tier list to learn who’s best, then our Torchlight Infinite builds guide to help you progress once you’ve picked. We’ve also put together a guide on how the Torchlight Infinite multiplayer and Torchlight Infinite controller works.

Pact points provide you with statistical bonuses and additional skill effects:

Goddess of Hunting

We’re going to take a slightly different approach with this one. Rather than recommend stats to aim for, we instead encourage you to spend your points with a focus on these:

  • Projectile piercings
  • Additional projectiles

And select these skill effects:

  • Three Birds With One Stone:
    • +2 projectiles
  • Uplifting:
    • +30% chance to gain thrill on a critical strike (0.5 second cooldown)
    • +50% critical strike damage on recent thrill gain

Bladerunner

Aim for these stats when adding talent points:

  • Dexterity: +96
  • Strength: +32
  • Intelligence: +32

And select these skill effects:

  • Dummy Puppet:
    • Off-hand weapons do not participate in attacks while dual wielding
    • 50% of off-hand weapon damage added to main-hand weapon
  • Feign:
    • -50% extra main-hand weapon damage
    • +100% extra off-hand weapon base damage

Spiritcaller

Aim for these stats when adding talent points:

  • Dexterity: +31
  • Strength: +31
  • Intelligence: +93

And select these skill effects:

  • Reflux
    • Surge now grants extra elemental damage instead of extra spell damage
    • Also increases cooldown recovery speed instead of mana restoration speed
  • Flash of Brilliance:
    • -50% trigger skill cooldown recovery speed
    • Trigger skills deal double damage
