Game Introduction – Tiny Monsters

Tiny Monsters is a monster simulation game from TinyCo. You can create your own little habitat for monsters to live in, while making new and interesting creatures for you and your friends to enjoy. Creating new monsters can difficult but with Gamezebo’s quick start guide you’ll have all of the tips, tricks and walkthroughs you’ll need to stay ahead of the game.

Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

Tiny Monsters

  • To get playing Tiny Monsters, you’ll need to download it first by clicking on the “Play Now” button at the top of this page. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can go ahead and tap on its icon to get playing.
  • Upon your first time starting up the game, you will be introduced to one of the game’s adventurers who have chosen you to explore the New World of monsters.

Tiny Monsters

  • Once you’re finished with the introduction, go ahead and tap on the Continue button to be taken to the main gameplay screen. Here is where you will spend the majority of your time while playing the game.

Buying New Monsters & Hatching Eggs

Tiny Monsters

  • The way you are able to get new monsters onto your little monster island is to hatch eggs. Starting out with no eggs means you’ll have to buy them to start.
  • Tap on the Market button in the lower left corner of the screen, then on “Monsters” to be taken to the list of monsters that you can purchase in the game.

Tiny Monsters

  • At the very beginning, the only monster you’re able to purchase is the Fire monster. Go ahead and tap on it to see further details.

Tiny Monsters

  • Here, you can see information about the Fire monster. You’ll see how much it costs to purchase the egg, its money earn rate (which is 11 coins per minute), and what habitat it lives in. A detailed description is also provided if you wish to know even more.
  • Tap Buy Now to place the egg on your island. The egg will wait at your nursery until you have a fire habitat for it to hatch and grow in. Let’s go into the market and buy a habitat.

Tiny Monsters

  • Tap on the Market, then on “Habitats” to see the different types of habitats available. For now, we only have the Fire Habitat available. Luckily, this is all we need to get started with our first monster, so let’s buy it.

Tiny Monsters

  • After tapping on the habitat, you’ll see detailed information about it, just like you did with the Fire egg we purchased. The fire habitat costs 100 coins, has a capacity for up to 2 monsters and can hold a maximum of 100 coins at once.

Tiny Monsters

  • After you push Buy Now on the habitat, you will be taken back to the main gameplay area, only this time in placement mode. You can tap and drag on the habitat until you have decided on its permanent location on the island. When you have made your final decision about where it should sit, tap on the “Accept” button to finish.

  • Now you will have to wait for the habitat to finish building. But wait, you don’t actually have to wait for it to finish building if you don’t want to. You can tap on the “Finish” button in the lower left corner to be given the option to spend diamonds to finish the building instantly.
  • Note: Diamonds are a “premium” currency, which means it costs real money to purchase them. Be careful when using diamonds, as you do not want to use them by accident.

Tiny Monsters

  • After the habitat is built, you can tap on the nursery to hatch the egg in it. A suitable habitat for the egg is necessary for the egg to be hatched.
  • Now that the egg has been placed in the fire habitat, you can tap on it to hatch the egg instantly. A new monster will be waiting for you once this happens.

Food & Farms

Tiny Monsters

  • Monsters require food to stay healthy, happy, and to upgrade them. Feeding your monsters is beneficial so we should now build a farm or two to make sure they stay that way.

Tiny Monsters

  • Tap on the Market button, then on “Buildings”. You’ll see that you can purchase a farm here, and place it on your farm. This process works just like placing down a habitat.
  • A farm is useless without crops, so we will need to begin growing some before it can be useful. Tap on the farm, then on the “Grow” button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Tiny Monsters

  • From here, you’ll be shown a list of crops you can grow on the farm. Each crop costs a certain amount and will take a different amount of time to complete than the next. However, the more expensive and lengthy crops will yield more food for your monsters in the end.
  • After you’ve grown some food from your farms, you can use it to feed your monsters in their habitat. Tap on the habitat, then on the monster you want to feed.

Tiny Monsters

  • Now, tap on the “Feed” button to give the monster a certain amount of food. The level bar of the monster will move up each time you press it.
  • Eventually, you will feed the monster enough where they will level up. When a monster levels up, they will be worth more, meaning you will earn more money than before each time you collect from that monster.

Quests

Tiny Monsters

  • Do you ever get the feeling of not knowing what building you should build next, or which monster you should build next? The quest system is here to help you out so this never happens.
  • On the left side of the gameplay screen is a button labeled “Quests”. Tapping on this button will show you a list of quests you can complete at any time during the game.
  • Completing quests is an important part of the game, as you will earn a good amount of coins and XP by completing them. Keep in mind that the time taken to complete quests can vary greatly, and may take from a few minutes up to a few hours.

Congratulations!
