Welcome to the The Missing: A Search and Rescue Mystery walkthrough on Gamezebo. The Missing: A Search and Rescue Mystery is a hidden object/adventure game played on the PC. This walkthrough includes tips and tricks, helpful hints, and a strategy guide to how to complete The Missing: A Search and Rescue Mystery.
? Enter your user name when prompted or click on “Profile” to add a new player or change player.
? You can click on the options button to adjust the sound, picture size, cursor and play the game credits.
? The game will automatically save when you exit
? There are bonus levels in the game that you will unlock once you complete it.
? There is an optional tutorial feature that you can toggle on and off if you have any problems.
? There is no score or point value assigned in the game. Winning the game consists of completing all the tasks until you reach the end and conclude the story.
? Each time you play the game you will be given new items to find in the hidden object scenes.
? As you play the game you will see short video clips without text and when you enter the game it is continued with text along the top of the screen. Sometimes you will need to place your cursor to get the text to change. Click on different items and read through the comments that appear as they will many times give you valuable hints as to where to go next.
? Place your cursor at the bottom of the screen and the inventory panel will appear.
? This is where the items you click on in the game will be stored until you use them.
? When you click on an item in inventory it will stick to your cursor until you click on the item you wish to use it on.
? Some items may have more than one use. If this is the case it will return to inventory. If not, the item will disappear after used.
? If you have more items than what can be shown arrows appear on each side of the panel allowing you to scroll through the items.
? Some of the items in your inventory will need to be used in other scenes you haven’t come to yet so if you haven’t used everything in a scene it is not a problem. The game will prompt you if you haven’t picked up all the items needed before leaving a location.
? Arrow – The arrow cursor is the basic cursor pointing in the direction you wish to move.
? Magnifying glass – This appears when you can take a closer look at something in the scene. Be sure to click on these items.
? Hand – When the cursor turns into a hand you can click on an item and take it into your inventory.
? Puzzle piece – When your cursor turns into a puzzle piece you can click on the item for a closer view. This can also indicate a mini game puzzle.
? Eye – (Not pictured) If your cursor turns into an eye click on that area and text about that item will appear at the top of the screen giving you hints or information to support the storyline.
? There are many hidden object scenes in each chapter of the game. These scenes aren’t always revealed to you right away. Sometimes you will need to complete a mini game or find a certain object before it is revealed to you.
? You will see an animated effect of blue green sparkling lights when a hidden object scene is ready to be played. Click on this area to go to the screen.
? There is no time limit for hidden object scenes. Look at the list of items at the bottom of the screen and find them in the scene above. Once you find them click on them.
? Each time you play the game the hidden object scenes will be the same but the items you are asked to find will be different as it is a random assignment.
? In this guide we will show all the items and their locations by circling and color coding them. Note that this may not be the same as your screen but there are likely to be several items in common so it is worth a look if you are stuck.
? Ambiguity – Sometimes it is confusing when you are asked to find things with more than one meaning. Such as the word “Pipe” this may be a smoking pipe or the kind used in plumbing. If this occurs the type of item will be described to help you out.
? Click on an item once you find it and it will disappear from the scene and the word will be crossed off of the list below.
? Once you find all of the items in a hidden object scene you will be rewarded with an item that is placed in your inventory for later use.
? You can not exit a hidden object scene once you enter it. You must complete the scene before you return to the game.
? Hints are provided for you and they are unlimited. There is no penalty for using hints but you must wait a certain amount of time in between uses.
? The hint button is located in the lower right corner of the game screen. You will notice a blue green meter wrapped around the button. When this is full the hint is fully charged and ready for use.
? Click on hint and one random item will be revealed to you. You will see what looks like an electrical current wrap around the item for a few seconds. Be sure you are looking for it as it does not stay there very long.
? The hint meter will take about 10 seconds to recharge before you can use it again.
? Hints can be used in hidden object scenes and in the adventure screens windowed or full screen mode.
? Sparkle Hints – As you play you may notice sparkles or twinkling effects on the screen. This is actually a subtle hint placed to catch your eye. If you get stuck watch for these twinkles and click on the items behind them.
? There are several mini game puzzles in each chapter.
? The solution for each mini game puzzle will be listed in the walkthrough whenever possible.
? If there is another solution possible it will be noted where applicable.
? Click on the “?” button at the bottom of the screen for instructions on the mini game.
? Click on the “X” button at the upper right corner to exit a mini game panel.
? Skip – This button is available after about three minutes and the timer only runs while the panel is open. Once the button highlights it can be used to skip the mini game puzzle. There is no penalty for skipping a mini game puzzle.
? If you do skip a puzzle you will not be able to return to it at a later time.
? Once you find the notebook in the first few steps of the game it will move to the lower left corner of the game scene and you can click on this at any time to access information you have gathered on your travels.
? Anytime you have a clue or tangible information click on it and it will enter into the notebook.
? You can click on the arrows at the bottom of the book to scroll through the pages.
? Be sure to look at the notebook from time to time and read through the notes so you don’t miss anything.
? The images shown are color coded and marked with letters and numbers to help you locate items.
? Most images are the combination of several screen shots assembled to make it easier for you to understand.
? Crystals – There are fifty six crystals hidden throughout the game. You must find all of them in order to complete the game. They are sometimes marked with a “*” symbol or a letter (or both) in the images provided. Be sure to click on a crystal when you see it so it is added to your inventory. Some are in plain view and others are inside other items. If even one crystal is missed you will not be able to complete the game.
? Hidden object scenes – These are not always revealed to you at first. Sometimes you need to find certain objects or complete mini game puzzles in a scene to trigger a hidden object scene. Once it is triggered you will see several blue sparkly lights around the area. Click on this animated area and you will be taken to the hidden object scene to complete it. (See hidden object scenes above for more information.)
? The cursor will change as you move it over different items in the scene. (See “Cursors” above for more information.) Be sure to read about them and use this to guide your actions in the game.
? Close up panels – Many times clicking on an item will take you to a close up view. There can be hidden objects in these panels as well as clues you should put in your notebook. Click on the “X” in the upper right hand corner to close these panels once finished.
? Text – Be sure to read the text along the top of the screen as you play. There are several helpful clues given to you through the game dialogue.
? There are nine chapters in the game and one bonus chapter that opens up when you complete chapter nine. You can access the bonus chapter from the main menu once unlocked. It will only unlock for the profile it is assigned to. If you play under another profile name you will have to finish the game to unlock it.
? Watch the intro video clip. You are on Toto Island and inside an airplane.
? A. Click on the open notebook at the far right dashboard. This will give you a closer view.
? Click on the images inside and now the notebook is added to the game. Click on it at the lower left corner anytime you want to read notes. (Be sure to click on anything you want added to the notebook as you play.)
? Point the cursor out the window to the left click to exit.
? You will now be standing in front of a large sign.
? Click on the crystal shown at the bottom right of the sign circled with yellow and marked with the “*” symbol. Add to your inventory.
? A. Above where the crystal was found is a camera hanging on the sign. Click on the camera for a closer view.
? B. Click on the arrow button circled in image above to scroll through the five images. These are students and their professor on the island. They appear to be in danger and need to be found right away.
? Exit out of the window by clicking on the “X” in the upper right corner. (This is how you will exit all panels of this type from now on)
? Now you are back in front of the sign. Aim your cursor to the left of the sign and click to move in that direction.
? Now you are standing in front of a hut.
? A. Click on the crate at the left side of scene to get a closer look.
? Click on the crystal in side the crate and take it into your inventory exit the window.
? B. Click on the footprint in the center of the screen (a magnifying glass will appear) and examine it.
? C. Click on the cage to the right side of the scene for a closer view.
? Now you are looking at the side view of the cage. Click on the sign for a closer look. Be sure to click on it to add to your notes as it tell you how to use a weapon later in the game.
? Aim your cursor down and exit the scene. You are now in front of the hut again. Click on the doorway to enter hut.
? A. Once inside click on the radio at the far wall mid right of the scene. This is a mini game puzzle and you will need to flip the switches to the correct order to turn the radio on. .
? Solution – Switch the two switches on the left side in the up position and the two switches on the right in the down position. (See image for solution also)
? Once you have the correct solution the radio will turn on and you will see an image of one of the students – It is “Anne” Professor Kelvin’s daughter. She notifies you that she is locked in the underground storage area and you need to get the weapon that is locked in the safe in order to help her. She clues you in to the piggy bank so be sure to examine it.
? B. Exit the scene and a sparkling area will be revealed. This is your first hidden objects scene. Click on this area to bring up the hidden object scene..
? Locate the thirteen hidden objects in the scene. Click on them and they will disappear and cross off the list at the bottom.
? The pipe is a smoking pipe.

? Once you complete the hidden objects scene a hammer will be placed in your inventory for future use.
? You are now back in the room.
? A. Click on the piggy bank for a closer view.
? B. Click on the hammer in your inventory and use it on the piggy bank to break it open.
? Now you will see a crumpled up paper. Click on it to read it.
? C. You will see it has part of a safe combination on it. Click on the paper to add this to your notes.
? D. Next focus on the left side of the room and click on the old computer for a closer view.
? E. Note the piece of paper taped to the computer. Click on the paper to add this information to your notebook.
? F.Click on the big hole at the far left side of the wall to exit through it.
? Now you are in front of a bridge.
? Click on the crystal with this symbol (*) and shown circled in green in the image above to add it to inventory.
? A. Click on the safe to the right of the bridge for a closer look.
? B. Click on the notebook to access the combination gathered in your notes.
? C. Once you can access the safe enter the combination by clicking on “1-5-0-7” shown above.
? D. Now the safe is open. Click on the gun inside and add it to your inventory.
? Next place your cursor over the bridge to walk over it.
? A short video will play. This monster like creature appears to be on the other side. All of a sudden he destroys the bridge. You must find another way to get to Anna.
? Aim the cursor to the bottom of the screen and click twice until you reach the airplane again.
? A. Click on the key to start the plane.
? B. Click on the steering
? C. Click on the gear selector
? You will be taken to a brief video clip. The plane is hit in an electrical storm and plummets into the water.
? You will now be inside the plane and water is coming inside quickly.
? A. Click on the hammer near the front center.
? B. Click on the flashlight located near the bottom right of the scene. You should be able to see a little better now.
? C. Click in the direction of the driver seat next.
? A. Once you are back in the driver seat take your hammer from inventory and click on the windshield to bust it open.
? Watch video as you swim out to safety. Swim toward the island with the lighthouse.
? You are now on the beach having swum out from the plane wreck. You see a backpack sitting on the beach.
? A. Click on the backpack to take a closer look. You determine it is a student’s backpack and they must be near here.
? B. Head to the left of the scene following the red arrow in image above.
? You are now standing in front of a pier.
? A. Click on the sign on the light post for a closer view. Click on the document to add it to your notes. It is symbols you will need to solve a puzzle in the future.
? B. Take the crystal located on the left side pier marked with * and circled in blue and add to inventory.
? C. Click on the row boat in the center of the scene. Take the axe and put it in your inventory. You won’t be able to row the boat until you find oars later on.
? D. Exit out of the boat scene and once facing the boat again click to the far right of the scene and head to the cave.
? Now you are now at the cave area facing the tent.
? A. Click on the drawing on the table to take a closer look. Click on it again to add it to your notes.
? B. Once you exit out click on the doorway at the back of the scene and click on the door to go through it.
? A. Click on the lighted symbol to the left of the door for a closer look.
? B. Click on the round amulet to the left of the symbol and place it in your inventory.
? C. Click downward to exit scene and click on door ahead.
? D. Take the crystal marked with (*) located to the bottom left of door and place in inventory.
? E. Click on the panel in the door to take a quick look. You will have to come back to this puzzle later when you have all the pieces. Exit for now.
? Aim arrow to the bottom of your screen click until you are back at the beach scene.
? Now that you are back on the beach click on the gate to the far right to move to it.
? A. Click on the center panel of the gate for a closer look then add the amulet from your inventory to this panel. This will open a mini game.
? B. The solution is shown in the image above.
? Solution – Click on the handle of the section with the moon on it and drag it all the way to the bottom.
? Slide the next section with the sun on it to the left also until it is positioned so that the symbols are in the center of the circle. (Horizontal line)
? Slide the final section with the planet on it so it is located at the very top of the disc. You will see the symbols light up as in the image above.
? C. This will unlock the gate and it will blow open with forceful winds.
? Click to go forward through the gate.
? You are now standing in front of a small shed and a light post to your right.
? A. Click on the crystal next to the light pole and put it in your inventory.
? B. Click on the map to the far right and examine it.
? C. Go forward to the next scene.
? Next you will find a control box for the bridge.
? A. Click on the lever and you will see there is no power going to it.
? B. Back out once and click on the left side of the scene on the garage to go inside.
? C. Once inside the garage you will see the sparkling area which is the hidden object scene. Click on it and complete it.
? Complete the hidden object scene as shown above.
? Locate the fifteen hidden objects shown circled above.

? Once you locate all the items a handle will be placed in your inventory for later use.
? A. Click on the power box to the far left. This will open up a mini game panel.
? Mini Game – Here you need to plug in the pieces in the correct order to turn the power back on.
? The solution is shown above.
? Solution – Each piece looks like it has a letter on it. Move them in this order to solve the puzzle.
? Plug with A is 1st.
? Plug with T is 2ND
? Plug with E is 3rd
? Plug with H is 4Th
? Once you plug these in correctly electricity will be restored.
? Exit the garage and go back to the bridge.
? B. Click on the handle to turn it on but you find the roots are keeping the bridge from lowering.
? C. Click on the axe in your inventory and use them on the roots to clear them away. Once you do this the bridge will lower.
? Click on the bridge and move forward over it.
? Now you are in front of some kind of large statue.
? A. Click on the plaque with the strange symbols and take a closer look. Click to add to your notes.
? Next, click to the far right of the statue and head in that direction.
? B. You are now standing in front of a van. Click on the door to open it and go inside.
? C.There is one of the students inside the van. He is injured and a first aid kit is needed. Exit out of the van and head to the left of it.
? Now you are in front of a small shed that is the weather station.
? A. Click on the mannequin sitting to the left of the shed.
? B. When the scene opens up take the handle near the doll and place in your inventory.
? C. Head to the right of the weather station moving forward.
? Now you will find yourself in front of a crane.
? A. Click on the crystal circled in yellow with the (*) symbol and take it into your inventory.
? B.Click on the crane for a closer view.
? C.The handles are missing. Take them from your inventory and place each one in a slot. Next, you will have to move the handles as follows
? D. Solution
? Handle A. Move all the way to the right and hold it there with the left mouse button pressed down until it is over the dock.
? Handle B. Move all the way down holding your left mouse button down until it is lowered to the dock.
? The scene will disappear when finished successfully.
? This will reveal a hidden object scene near the dock at the far right of the scene. Click on the hidden object scene to complete it.
? Locate the twelve items in the hidden object scene.

? Click at the bottom of the scene to exit out. Return to the weather station shack.
? Now you are back in front of the weather station. Click on the door for a closer view.
? A. Take your bolt cutters from inventory and use them on the chain.
? Click on the door and go inside.
? A. Once inside click on the first aid kit on the bed.
? B. Click on the panel box at the back wall for a closer view.
? This will take you to a mini game.
? C. Mini Game – Click on the segments to rotate them and connect them all until you have a complete circuit of power.
? There is likely more than one solution for this puzzle. One solution is shown for you above.
? D. Once you complete the puzzle click on the panel again to open it. Take the battery and place it in your inventory.
? E. Click on the computer monitor to the left of the room. You will see Anna appear again and in a moment the monster will appear behind her and all goes fuzzy.
? Back out of the scene twice until you reach the van again.
? A. Once inside the van give the first aid kit to the injured student.
? B. He will be okay and you need his help. Watch a short video clip.
? Next he is outside the van. Click down once and he will be in front of the locked gate.
? A. Take your bolt cutters from inventory and give them to the student. He will open the gate and take off running.
? Click on the gate and follow him inside.
? You will now be standing in front of a sidewalk with the lighthouse in the distance.
? A. Click on the crystal on the ground and place it in your inventory.
? B. Click on the bench to the left of the scene and a newspaper will be shown sitting on it. C. Click to get a closer view and read through it. Click on it to add information to your notes.
? D. Exit forward toward the lighthouse.
? A. Follow the student and click on the door.
? Go inside and the student pulls a gun on you and forces you out and locks the door.
? B. Head to the left of the building click on the view finder in the distance.
? A. Click on the crystal on the ground and place in inventory.
? B. Click on the center panel of the view finder to get a closer view.
? C. Take your battery from inventory and place it in the slot.
? D. The top of the view finder will come on now. Here you will need to enter the three symbols you saw on the statue engraved into the plaque. Click on the notebook to see them. Click on the tab at the top or bottom and scroll through until you have all three correctly placed.
? As soon as it is placed a laser beam will go off shooting toward the statue until it burns out and starts to smoke.
? Aim down with your cursor and click out of the scene twice to return to the statue.
? Now the statue has some kind of laser effect on it.
? A. Click on the medallion around the statues neck to trigger a closer view.
? B. Mini Game – To solve this puzzle you will need to rotate the three rings starting with the center until the laser shows through all of the lines.
? The solution is shown in the image above. Use the dots and line them up to help you solve this puzzle. If you move the center disc first it is much easier.
? C. When you complete the puzzle this panel will open up. Take the red gem from the compartment
? D. Click on the diagram under the gem
? E. Examine the diagram
? Click down twice until you reach the garage. Go to the left of the garage and move forward.
? A. Click on the valve wheels to zoom in to a closer view.
? B. Place your cursor over the valves and two white arrows will appear. While holding down your left mouse button you will need to drag the valves either right or left.
? If the valves are numbered 1 through 4 with 1 and 2 across the top row and 3 and 4 across the bottom row the solution is as follows.
? Valve 1 – Drag the right arrow to the right 3 times.
? Valve 2 – Drag the right arrow to the right 3 times.
? Valve 3 – Drag the left arrow to the left 4 times.
? Valve 4 – Drag the right arrow to the right 2 times.
? There is a reset button at the bottom right you can use if you mess up. You will have to start all over at valve 1 if you make a mistake.
? C. Once you do this the valves will disappear and the top will fly off the device. Colorful purple lava type substances will fly out of the device. You’re not sure what has happened.
? Now it is very dark around the hatch.
? A.. Take the crystal that falls to the ground and place it in your inventory.
? B. Go into the center hatch and down the ladder.
? C. Once inside click on the crystal to the far right and add to inventory.
? D. Head towards the door near the back.
? E. When you reach the new scene click on the purple sparkling area to the left to trigger a new hidden object scene.
? In this hidden object scene you have two new elements. First of all it is dark and you have a flashlight. You will only be able to focus on one small area of the scene at a time.
? NOTE – The screen shot shown above has been built so that the items are more easily seen.
? The second new element is that instead of listed items you will now see silhouettes instead of words at the bottom of the screen. This makes it somewhat harder to find items.
? The items in the image above may be different from yours but are listed here to help you out.
? Locate the ten hidden objects in the scene.

? When you complete finding the items a set of oars will be placed in your inventory.
? Exit down out of the scene then click on the ladder to go up it, then go down out of the next scene.
? A. Click on the crystal on the ground near the garage and put in inventory.
? Move down once then go forward two times. Then go to the left of the statue and forward once more. You should be by the lighthouse again.
? B. Pick up the crystal on the ground near the lighthouse and put in inventory.
? Click down out of the scene six times until you are back at the beach.
? C. A crystal will fall down in front of you on the beach. Click on it and add it to your inventory.
? Head to the left and then head to the right toward the cave. (You should see the cave sign)
? D. Take the crystal on the ground near the cave and place in your inventory.
? Click down out of scene back to boat area.
? A.. Click on the boat.
? B. Add the oars from your inventory to the boat and you will be inside ready to head to Toto Island..
? Click the boat forward twice to row to destination.
? A. Click on the crystal on the pier and place it in inventory. Move forward.
? B. Take crystal on ground and place it in inventory.
? C. Move to the left of the fork in the road.
? D. The creature will appear and scare you for a moment. Then Anna will be with you.
? A. Take the crystal and place in inventory. Head left and then move forward two times.
? B. Take the crystal from the campsite.
? C. Click on the sparkling area to activate a hidden object scene.
? Locate the twelve hidden objects in the scene.
? Your items may or may not be the same.
? Note – In this scene you are asked to find a photograph but you will need to find a camera to satisfy this requirement.

? Once you have found all the items a triangle will be added to your inventory for future use.
? Once you exit out head to the right toward Anna and the Tree with the Monkey behind her.
? A. Take the crystal on the ground and place in inventory.
? B. Click on the note on the tree and place in notebook.
? C. Click on the monkey and he will run up into the tree.
? D. Click on him once up in the tree and get a closer look. He is holding a key. You can’t get it away from him but it is suggested you find something shiny to distract him. Exit out for now and come back later.
? Exit out of the scene five times and when you get to the forked road take it to the right moving forward.
? A. Take the crystal on the ground and place in your inventory. Move forward.
? B. Now you are at the underground shelter. Enter the building.
? C. Take the crystal on the table at far left and place in inventory.
? D. Click on purple sparkling area to complete hidden object scene.
? Here you will find a hidden object scene again with the limitations of a flashlight and finding objects based on their silhouette instead of a word description.
? Only items that are showing in the panel at the bottom of the screen can be found.
? Note – The image above has been built so that it is a little easier to see the images.

? Once you find all of the items in the scene you will be given a rag which can be found in you inventory for future use.
? Return to the camp site area where Anna is with the Monkey near the tree. (Move down three and when at the fork move to the left. Go forward twice)
? A. Once you are back by the monkey click on the wooden box lying on the ground. Take your triangle from inventory and place it to activate the mini game puzzle.
? B. The objective of this puzzle is to pass the slide rule through all the lines without going over any line more than once. If you successfully move a green line will form between two points. If you get stuck click on the reset button at the bottom. You will have to start over from the beginning if you reset not your last move so move carefully.
? There is a red dot at your starting point. In order to explain the solution I have color coded all the dots. All you have to do is start with the red and then click on the dots in the order of the colors listed below.
? It may be easier to jot this down on a sheet of paper before you start.

? C. Once completed the box will open up and you will see the necklace. It is not shiny yet. It needs to be polished. Take the rag from your inventory and clean the necklace with it. It will move into your inventory.
? D. Click on the Monkey and give him the necklace from your inventory and he will give you the gate key.
? Click downward out of the scenes four times until you reach the close view of the gate.
? A. Take the crystal on the ground and place it in your inventory.
? B. Take the note off of the wall to the left of the gate and place in your notebook.
? Head to the left and click forward one time. You should now be in front of the gate.
? C. Click on the crystal on the wall to the right and add it to your inventory.
? D. Click on the padlock in center of gate to get a closer view. Next, take the gate key from your inventory and use it to open the lock.
? When the gate opens walk through it.
? A. Take the crystal sitting on the ground and place it in your inventory.
? Move forward one click.
? B. Take the crystal on the stairs of the mansion and add it to your inventory.
? C. Click here to go into the Mansion.

? You are now standing in front of a large ice door.

? B. Click on the ice key device at the far left of the scene.
? C. Solution – To solve this puzzle you will need to make an exact replica of the ice on the lower right in the area at the upper left.
? Click on the area at the upper left and when you click on it you either remove or add a block. Remove the blocks so that it looks exactly like the mirror image of the area at the lower right. Be sure to match it to the image in the screen above. If you look at the ice under it you will see this is the same when the machine is activated.
? When you are finished click on the red button at the bottom and this should show you if you have the correct answer or not.
? When you complete this mini game an ice key will be added to your inventory.
? Exit and go to the right two times. Move forward once, right once and then forward two times.
? You are now back at the door.
? A. Take the ice key from your inventory and place it on the panel to the left of the door.
? Once the door opens click on the handle then walk through it.
? B. When you reach the bars open your inventory and use the jack to pry the bars apart. Once done walk straight through.
? C. Take the final crystal and place in your inventory. You should now have 56 crystals in your inventory. If you do not you will not be able to proceed with the game and will need to trace your steps until you have all of them.
? D. Click on the door handle to turn it and once the door opens, go inside.
? A. Take the note on the far left and place in your notebook.

? C. Take the 56 crystals from your inventory and place here.
? D. Take the lamp from inventory and place it in the compartment.
? E. Click on the red and green light buttons to make yellow light come on.

? G. Here you should set the numbers so that the first dial is set to “0”, the second is set to “5”, and the third is set to “7” as shown in image above. You will need to grab and hold the left mouse button down as you drag the level to the correct position.
? H. Take your cursor and grab the handle on the circle wheel. This is very tricky as you have to hold your left mouse button down while you crank it and it lets go very easily. If it lets go you will hear a series of popping sounds. This is okay, as nothing is going wrong. You will just need to do it over and over until all of the lights on the panel are lit yellow except for the very last two squares. Once you get to this point again the wheel will spin and you will hear several popping sounds and see flashing effects. This means the energy capsule is overheating.
? I. Take your nitrogen from inventory and use it to cool down the energy capsule.
? J. Take the energy capsule and place it in your inventory once it has cooled down.(Changes back to normal color after applying nitrogen)
? K. The final step involves grabbing the lever at the top and dragging it down until it is right next to the “lll” position as shown in image above. Hold the left mouse button down while you drag knob to this position.
? Once you complete all of these steps you will be notified that the energy capsule is now in your inventory.
? You will now need to click down eleven times to reach the next area. Click down until a video clip begins to play with the young boy in it.
? A. Take the gold gem from the boy when it is offered to you and place in inventory.
? B. Click on the portal symbol and it will take you immediately back to Fog Island where you can complete the mini game puzzle from the beginning of the game. (You did not have all the pieces until now.)
? C. Click on the door to trigger the puzzle.
? A. Take all of the gems from inventory one at a time and place on the game board. Once all four are on the board the puzzle will unlock. Click on “?” to read instructions.
? The goal of the puzzle is to get all of the gems in the center in the correct spot. Once a gem is in the correct spot it will light up and lock into place.
? The grey stones have arrows on them and they will swap tiles with whatever tile they are pointing toward. Whenever a tile touches the edge of a wall the arrows will bump and change to the opposite direction. (An arrow traveling right will turn into a left arrow once you hit a wall.)
? Black tiles also move in the direction of the arrows exchanging spots with anything it points to and when they hit the edge of a wall will bump and turn the opposite way.
? The easiest way to play this game is to start with the gem that has the shortest distance to move which is the red gem. Maneuver the gem by trading places with gems that are moving in the direction of the red slot. Once you lock red in then move on to green, then gold, and finally blue which is the trickiest. You will have to constantly click through the arrows but its not really too hard if you concentrate on getting an arrow to the wall to change direction then bringing it to the colored gem to move it one spot closer then go back to the grey stones move it til it hits the wall and then use it again to bump the colored gem down one spot. If you do this each time it is pretty easy to move the gems around the board.

? Once you have all of the gems in place the door will open for you.
? You will be in a room with two doors. Choose the door on the left and go forward until you see a jail cell to the right. Click on this until you see a young woman behind bars. A short video clip will play here.

? B. Take you hammer from inventory and use it to smash the lock and free the young woman.
? When finished she will give you the key to the lighthouse and it will be placed in your inventory.
? Go down until you are back in the room with the two doorways. Now you want to take the right doorway. There is a board in front of it that you will need to click on to get rid of.
? Once in the room you will need to immediately move down once and then you will need to go up the ladder and out the hatch.
? Go down two times then forward twice, then to the left , forward, to the left, until you see the laser machine again.
? A. Click on the laser panel to get a closer view.
? B. Use the nitrogen from your inventory to cool down the battery.
? C. Take the cooled off battery and place in your inventory.
? Go down once and then click on the door to the lighthouse for a closer view.

? You will see the plugs have fallen to the ground again and you need to put them back in the correct order to stop the security beams from blocking the door.
