However, I can say that utilising modules, components, weapons, and a Reactor is the mainframe of a character build. As Viessa mainly focuses on damage, it’s best to give her equipment that increases her overall damage.

While Frost Road increases her Shield and Running Speed for a period of time, you could also equip her with gear that can slightly enhance these stats to increase the power of the Frost Road active skill.

How to Unlock Viessa

So, who exactly is Viessa?

  • Role: Debuffer
  • Utilises ice in combat
  • Can freeze Vulgus by using water in the atmosphere
  • Stuns enemies with cold air and can freeze them

Moves

  • Ice Sphere (Passive)
    • Condense the moisture in the atmosphere around the body of the nucleus to lower the temperature
  • Frost Shards (Active)
    • Fire an Ice Beam that explodes and deals damage
    • Inflicts enemies with the Ice Shackle debuff
  • Frost Road (Active)
    • Increase Shield and Running Speed
    • Create Ice Sheets under Viessa’s feet – when an enemy stands on this Ice Sheet, they gain the Ice Shackle debuff
  • Ice Wave (Active)
    • Summon an arc of cold air in front of Viessa to deal damage
    • Inflicts enemies with the Ice Shackle debuff
  • Cold Snap (Active)
    • Summon a snowstorm that will explode over a period of time
    • Deals damage and inflicts enemies within the snowstorm with the Ice Shackle debuff
