Sleeping Medicine has a specific purpose that’s quite obvious from its name. On consumption, this elixir will send the player to sleep which then teleports them into the Dream World area. The player must be level 25 or above to be teleported. If consumed below level, nothing will happen and the Sleeping Medicine has no effect. Whilst in this dream-like state, the player experiences a few oddities such as screen shakes, dizziness, and a tempting voice that beckons for them to follow.
Following the voice, players eventually find their Soul. Should they choose to merge with it, they will be moved on to yet another new area via teleportation. Here, the player becomes tasked with completing an unforgiving and difficult parkour which then leads to unlocking their Cursed Technique.
Much like every other item, Sleeping Medicine has one simple yet evasive obtainment method. To get Sleeping Medicine, players need to complete Missions and hope that they’re lucky enough to get it as a reward. When completing a Mission, the player receives an item at random, with no particular Mission giving more or less chances for specific loot. Simply, you’ll have to grind until you get the Sleeping Medicine.
