So, how do I rank each character? Please note that tier lists are entirely subjective, meaning you may have an entirely different opinion on a character. To rank each character, I like to get hands-on experience with them in-game. However, if I can’t obtain the character, I make sure to conduct extensive research into their stats and abilities, player feedback, and the general consensus on how they perform in battle.

What Our Tiers Mean

  • S Tier: Characters in this tier are the best in the game at this current time – this is mainly due to their stats, buffs, abilities, and more!
  • A Tier: A tier characters are definitely worth using and upgrading. They’re almost as powerful as those in S tier, however, they’re lacking a little something.
  • B Tier: The characters in this tier are great for early game, and can sometimes be used in higher difficulty content, but we recommend swapping them out for an S tier or A tier as soon as you can.
  • C Tier: This tier is dedicated to the characters who can be useful at first, but are severely underpowered when it comes to any of the content past the tutorial.
  • D Tier: If a character is in D tier, don’t use them at all.

When Will We Update Our Snowbreak: Containment Zone Tier List?

I plan to update this tier list as and when new characters are added to the game. As Snowbreak: Containment Zone is a gacha game, new characters will be released frequently throughout the year. Furthermore, patch updates can buff or nerf current characters, which can shake up a tier list. Make sure to bookmark this page to refer back to when you’re not too sure who to pull for!

New characters and major updates are usually announced on the game’s social media pages, such as Twitter.
