He’s got the whoooole world in his hands.
The long-awaited Dio Spec, also known as The World, is now available in Sailor Piece, but there are a fair few requirements to meet when obtaining it. Firstly, you need to unlock the Sea 2 map in Sailor Piece.
Dio has finally arrived in Sailor Piece, but he’s locked behind Sea 2. Not all players have access to the new map, though, as they don’t meet the specified requirements. This means The World Spec is only available for those who are able to travel to the Sea 2 islands.
Before you worry about the required items, you need to visit Bizarre Island at Sea 2 to find The World Trainer NPC.
From the list above, you can see that the vast majority of required items when unlocking Dio’s Spec require you to defeat the boss known as The World. This boss does not spawn naturally and instead must be summoned with the use of Dominion Shards.
The amount of Dominion Shards required changes depending on the difficulty of the boss fight:
Dominion Shards, like the Dominion Brands, are a potential drop when defeating Strong Bandits.
To get the F ability for the Dio Spec, you first need to speak with The World Trainer NPC on Sea 2’s Bizarre Island. The requirements he asks for are:
As well as the new move, your DMG increases by a further 30%.
I’ve got a Sailor Piece Melee Tier List, which ranks all Specs from best to worst. If you notice any Specs are missing, it may be because I’m still taking my time to test them out. If you’re curious about whether or not the Dio spec is worth getting, the tier list may come in handy.
Sea 2 requires a minimum player level of 12,500, an Ascension Level of 5, and the completion of the Sea Traveler’s quests. The first quest entails finding 2 Ancient Fragments, and the second involves collecting 7 Map Pieces.
