The Roblox Animal Hospital Anomaly game has kind of taken the platform by storm. It’s full of cute mascots, it’s genuinely creepy at times, and it’s also kind of anxiety-inducing. One of the problems is getting lost in corridors that all look suspiciously similar. This is why I put my rather limited deigns skills into making this Roblox Animal Hospital Map. With that, you should have no trouble working out where everything is.

Roblox Animal Hospital Map

The hospital is fairly compact, but it’s important not to get lost or turned around, especially when time can be a major factor. Below we’re put a visual map together, then we’ll explain the rooms and what each of them do.

A map (made by us at GZ) of the Animal Hospital, with a top-down view displaying the different rooms, and color coded icons to indicate features like fire extinguisher, coffee machine, a treatment shelves.
Graphic design is my passion.

Reception Office

This is where you admit patients. It has several features of some importance.

  • Counter – Where you greet new patients, and take a good look at them to check for any oddities.
  • Camera – Used for snapping pictures, you can check the photo afterward.
  • Printer – Used for printing ID badges.
  • CCTV Monitor – Use this to check cameras set up around the hospital. If one isn’t displaying, you may need to go fix it.
  • Coffee Machine – This dispenses coffee, which you can drink to raise your Sanity. It recharges after a short time, make good use of it.
  • Shutters – Available after Day 2, closes the reception desk area and sends away anomalies.

Waiting Area

This is where patients come in, and there are a few rows of chairs. Some NPCs may sit around here, but rarely do very much. It will become more relevant in the Skinwalker event, as an anomaly might start eating one of the NPCs waiting in here.

Hallways

They are hallways. Patients you approve will proceed along here to the treatment room they stated when you book them in.

Treatment Areas

There are two hallways that lead to treatment areas, divided into Medical (Rooms 1-5) and Emergency (Rooms 6-8) Emergency opens after you complete the second day of a run.

Treatment Rooms

Patients will head to one of these after you book them in. (They’ll tell you which room they went to.) Occupied treatment rooms will have their signs lit red. Some of the treatment rooms (6-8) in the Emergency section, are a bit special, and may require different tasks. So we’ll run over each of them.

Room 1

This is an ordinary treatment room.

Room 2

This is an ordinary treatment room.

Room 3

Room 4

This is an ordinary treatment room.

Room 5

This is an ordinary treatment room.

Room 6 – X Ray

The X-Ray scanner. Dealing with a patient here requires completing a button-matching minigame.

Room 7 – Heart Scanner

The ECG Machine. To finish a treatment here you need to complete a clicking minigame.

Room 8 – Operating Theater

This is the Operating Theater. If a patient goes here you’ll be required to complete surgery on them.

Treatment Shelves

In the corridors of Medical and Emergency you’ll find shelves of different treatment items. Each shelf has a color that matches the items on it, and we’ve color coded them in the map image also.

  • Red – Medkit, Thermometer.
  • Orange – Maple Syrup, Cough Syrup
  • Green – Herbs, Medicine
  • Blue  – Eyedrops, IV
  • White – Ointment, Bandages

The Shop

The Shop opens after your first shift, and is available for around 3 minutes. It has a rotating set of items that you can pick up. To your left at the counter you’ll also see a set of dice that should let you reroll new items for that shift.

I hope this has been helpful! For a more general guide I’ve also put together a Roblox Animal Hospital walkthrough.
