Reverse 1999 is a turn-based gacha game that features RPG elements and tactical combat. Embark on a brand-new adventure as you reside in a a world where arcanists and humans live together. You play as the “Timekeeper”, a being who can travel back in time. You’ve been tasked to destroy Manus Vindictae’s plot and to discover the trust of 1999.

So, which Reverse 1999 characters are the best (and worst)?
The best characters to utilise in combat!
Great characters, but not as strong as those in S-tier – still, they’re well worth using!
The middle tier, pretty average, nothing standout, but decent nonetheless.
It’s best to stay away from these characters as much as possible, especially when you start progressing through the game.
The worst characters in Reverse 1999 by far.
I plan to update this tier list as soon as a new character is released in-game! However, I will need some extra time to gather player feedback, as well as my own experience with the character. This helps me to determine the correct ranking for them, to help you assemble the best team possible.
