So, this part of the Camping Safety Guide challenge has a lot of players stumped – even me. Thanks to the English translation, it’s a little confusing when you read the rule for Stage 03 Normal. While there are 2 other tasks for Camping Safety Guide Stage 03, most players are looking to obtain the 30 free Clear Drops. I’ll be focusing purely on the Normal difficulty mode for this stage!

Anyway, let’s get on to how exactly you can beat Stage 03. Annoyingly, it’s actually really simple once you look past the rough translation. I spent ages trying to work out what I had to do, and I had to restart multiple times. However, I’m now here to help!

The Special Rule of Stage 03

  • [Ally] Inflicting restraining ATK makes the targets lose 100% of their max HP. Otherwise, you lose 100% of your max HP.

Basically, if you don’t use a “restraining ATK” move that depletes the enemy’s HP to 0, you end up being defeated instead – it’s pretty unforgiving. Many people, including myself, thought that “restraining” meant applying a debuff to the enemy to… restrain it. That’s what it reads as, after all.

However, that isn’t the case at all. By “restraining ATK” they mean the Afflatus that is the strongest to use against that specific enemy – you just need to work out which Afflatus is their weakness. After you know that, you can then take a look at the cards in your deck to find the corresponding Afflatus and use them to defeat each enemy.
