Reverse 1999 Psychube Tier List

Time to rank each Psychube from best to worst! Psychubes are basically used to help boost a character. Think Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail or weapons in Genshin Impact! Certain Psychubes will work best with specific characters, but this tier list ranks each Psychube in terms of how powerful they are in general.
