There might be multiple lanes in play at once, but you only need to get to the end of one of them to win. The same goes for your opponent. If you tap your pushers they’ll automatically go to the nearest lane to their podium. It’s a much better idea to pick them up and drop them where they’re needed. Use the taps when you’re in a hurry to put pushers into play, and they happen to be in the right position, otherwise you should always drag and drop.
The coins you get for winning can be spent on making your pushers tougher. Whenever you’ve got enough coins to power one of them up, you should definitely do it. This is an important part of the game that you might be overlooking. When two of the same type of pusher are next to each other on a lane, they’ll merge together to make the next most powerful pusher. Use this trick to take control of lanes and force your opponent on the defensive whenever you can.

A good trick is to let your opponent deal with these, then when they’re almost clear drop your most powerful pusher in.
