As a gacha RPG, Pokémon Masters is all about collecting a bunch of different characters that you can form into a solid battle team. In this particular game, the characters you’ll be summoning are known as Sync Pairs, which are a team of Pokémon and trainer.

To help you brainstorm your favourite teams, we thought we’d put together a list of all of the Sync Pairs available in the game. We’ll list the trainer and Pokémon and include their star rating and your chance of getting them from a summon.

What is a Sync Pair?

A Sync Pair is a partnership between trainer and Pokémon. In Pokémon Masters, rather than collect Pokémon, you’re collecting a team of Pokémon and trainer, and can form a team of three out of them. You’ll recognise many of the trainers from throughout the franchise’s history, including Misty and Brock.

How do I Collect Sync Pairs?

You can obtain Sync Pairs via two different methods: summoning them using gems or unlocking them as part of the story. If you collect a Sync Pair you’ve already unlocked, you’ll improve the abilities of that particular Sync Pair.

Can I Increase a Sync Pair’s Star Rating?

You can, though it requires a rare item known as a Power-Up. These come in a variety of different forms, including a 3 Star Power-Up and a 4 Star Power-Up. Use one on your favourite Sync Pair to increase their star rating.
