For those that don’t know, rerolling is an action you can perform multiple times to drastically increase your chances of getting a powerful Sync Pair right at the beginning of the game. That puts you in good stead to complete the game with ease.
A quick word of warning: this is a time-consuming process that involves repeating the same content over and over until you get the exact summon you want. It’s not essential to progress throughout the game, but it can help considerably.
Rerolling is a process that allows you to reset and repeat your initial free summon in the hopes of a more powerful summon.
You don’t actually need to reroll, as you generally get powerful enough Sync Pairs by completing the story to get through the bulk of the content. You can also increase the star rating of all of your Sync Pairs through hard work, so you won’t necessarily be stuck with just three star Sync Pairs forever.
Some players like to reroll to give themselves a considerable power boost right at the beginning of the game. If you manage to pull a five, or even a four, star Sync Pair, you’ll absolutely smash through the game.
