Walk to real-world points of interest to find and catch regional Pokémon, explore Pokéstops, join other real players and team up to rule or conquer gyms, battle in raids, and of course, indulge in the generous rewards from the game events and community days.

Choose Your Starter

Before we battle, choose your starter! The Adventure Abound season gives you the chance to pick your Paldean starter which is prompted by Professor Willow. Choose wisely as your decision will take you down a unique task path with rewards special to that route. Who will you choose to adventure with from the adorable Generation 9 starters, Quaxly, Fuecoco, or Sprigatito?

Adventure With Quaxly

  • Stage 2/5: Catch 3 Pokémon. Take a snapshot of a wild Pokémon
  • Stage 3/5: Spin 50 Pokéstops or Gyms. Catch 200 Pokémon. Send 60 gifts to friends. Evolve a Quaxly. Earn a heart with your buddy on 7 different days.
  • Stage 4/5: Check back later!
  • Stage 5/5: Check back later!

Adventure With Fuecoco

  • Stage 2/5: Catch 3 Pokémon. Take a snapshot of a wild Pokémon
  • Stage 3/5: Spin 50 Pokéstops or Gyms. Catch 200 Pokémon. Send 60 gifts to friends. Evolve a Fuecoco. Earn a heart with your buddy on 7 different days.

Adventure With Sprigatito

  • Stage 2/5: Catch 3 Pokémon. Take a snapshot of a wild Pokémon

Timed Investigation: Master Ball

With this season, Niantic has spoilt you with the chance to obtain your very own Master Ball! This unique item can catch ANY Pokémon without fail. But, you’ll have to put in the grind as this is a timed event running until November 21st. Whether you plan to keep the Master Ball to flex, or to use, be prepared and start chipping away at those tasks early. Here’s a look into what you’ll have to do to get your own Master Ball.

  • Catch 1,000 Pokémon
  • Win 60 raids
  • Hatch 30 eggs
  • Catch 100 different species of Pokémon
  • Make 120 Excellent Throws
  • Complete 150 Field Research tasks
  • Explore 50 km
  • Spin 300 Pokéstops
  • Earn 100,000 XP
  • Earn 100,000 Stardust
