Bring on the bad guys. The zombies in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes just want to have fun and eat some brains, possibly with the help of superpowers. Is that so wrong?
Not if you’re taking their side, which is something you can definitely do in the card-battling new addition to the PvZ franchise. You’ve been able to play as zombies in some previous games, but never quite like this. Thank Dr. Zomboss and his latest scheme to soup up the undead with amazing new abilities.
Unfortunately, that same experiment gave the plants superpowers as well, so the zombies will have their hands full. Even getting to act first and then play sneaky tricks after the plants take their turn doesn’t guarantee success.
Neither does knowing every zombie card in the game, but it can’t hurt. With that in mind, we’ve done the digging (pun semi-intended) and unearthed every one currently in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes, separated by type. No promises, but we’ll do our best to keep the list updated so you’re never at a disadvantage against those pesky plants.
Rather play as a plant? Be sure to bookmark our Plants vs Zombies Heroes: Plant Card Guide too!

Obviously, zombies are more effective when they attack en masse? So where can you get more zombie cards to make your decks more terrifying? Common cards can be found in standard packs, which you can buy for 100 coins each.
To get the best zombies, you’ll need to work on your supply of Gems. And if you want to ensure you only get zombies, be sure to check out the Brainz Premium Pack (yes, zombies spell that with a ‘z’). For 150 Gems, you’ll get six premium cards, including one Rare or better, all of which will be zombie cards. For 1500 Gems, you can get 11 packs, which is an even better value.
Finally, you’ll want to check the ‘For You’ tab in the store regularly, as you’ll often find limited time only deals that are for certain heroes or card types. You might find something specifically for zombies there at any time.
