GENERAL TIPS

You cannot replay any level of the campaign after you have finished it. If you notice that you do not get five stars on a level, click the "menu"-button and restart the level to give it another try.

Under "achievements" in the main menu all possible achievements are displayed. If you hover over them you can read below what you need to do to get them. Those you did not get by playing the campaign you can easily fetch later in the free mode.

The same type of upgrade has the same costs and effects in all different buildings.

Every building has three different types, from which you have to choose one before it is built, do not forget to do that, since this additional choice is new compared to other games of the genre. Moreover, those different types only differ in their appearance, but not in their costs, possible upgrades or effects.

While materials get cheaper on average the larger amount you purchase, the average sale price of energy credits stays the same independent of the sold amount.

If you just click the "District"-tab, your current daily tax- and energy credit income is displayed on the left-hand bottom side.

Do not forget to sell your energy credits on a very regular basis. This additional income comes in handy early on, but it is not added to your account automatically like the tax income.

The smart grids are an easy and quick way to see which buildings have to be upgraded to reach certain goals (i.e. daily tax income, district happiness or environmental health in the district).

In the screenshot below you can find a general description of the top menu of Plan it Green:

1. This calendar shows you how many days you have in this level to get a five-star rating.
2. This list shows you the goals you have to fulfill in the current level.
3. The bar next to the smiley shows you the happiness of the district in percent.
4. The bar next to the green leaf displays the current environmental health of the district.
5. The bar next to the blue star is the timer – as soon as it reaches the little notches, you will get less stars for the level.
6. Here you can see your current amount of money.
7. Here you can see your current amount of energy cells.
8. This is your current amount of materials.

In the next screenshot you can see explanations for the bottom menu:

  • Structures – The structures tab is extremely helpful if you have to reach a certain amount of tax- or energy-income per day. Here each and every building of this district is listed, with the numbers of energy and money it provides per day.
  • District – Under this tab you can perform a variety of important actions, for example purchase materials, sell your energy cells, activate district upgrades, use the smart grids and talk to a district counselor who may have tips for you.
  • Green Guide – Under this tab you can research new technologies and buildings.
