In short, a Zipline Bag is a useful tool that can be used during heists to transport your loot from A to B. It’s important to take note of where exactly your loot is going to reach though – and make sure you or a teammate have got a clear path to get to the loot.
It can be equipped on the Heist lobby screen – you’ve probably already spotted the Favors section! Your team is allowed to bring 4 Favors altogether to a Heist, so even if you can’t afford a Zipline Bag at the moment, one of your teammates could have one.
Some missions will require a Zipline Bag more than others, but it is still an optional Favor to bring to a Heist.
The Zipline Bag is a brand-new Favor in Payday 3. The only way to obtain Favors is to head to the Favors tab when you’ve got the main menu open. Hit the “Arms Dealer” option, and you’ll spot the Zipline Bag! This means that not only can the Zipline Bag be used as a tool, it can also be used a weapon.
To use a Zipline Bag in Payday 3, you’ll have to stand close by to the zipline. Next, all you have to do is throw the Zipline Bag towards the zipline – sorted! Make sure you throw it towards the start of the wire instead of the pole though.
