• Om Nom will still play games when he’s tired – When Om Nom’s energy runs out, he won’t want to interact with you or do tricks until he’s had a rest. However, he’ll still play games in the game room. This is a good way to earn gold and fill up his energy meter if you’d rather not wait for him to nap.
• A clean Om Nom is a happy Om Nom – Om Nom gets filthy pretty quickly. And when he gets dirty, he gets sad. Wash Om Nom as much as you like; he enjoys the attention. Don’t forget to brush his teeth!
• Turn the shower knob to earn experience – When you’re cleaning Om Nom, you can tap the shower knob to rain experience down on Om Nom. It doesn’t always work, but when it does, it’s a good way to earn lots of experience quickly (it’s fun, too!).
• Different foods fill up Om Nom to varying degrees – Om Nom loves to eat, but certain foods offer only a little satisfaction. Pay attention to how much each item fills up his hunger meter. It’s usually best to splurge a bit to keep him full for longer.

• Complete tasks to earn rewards – There are several tasks pinned to Om Nom’s window. Perform them for rewards. These tasks also teach you how to interact with Om Nom.
• You can interrupt Om Nom’s naps – When Om Nom’s energy meter is depleted, he requires about three hours of sleep to fill it back up. However, you can wake him up before the three hours are done. His energy meter won’t be entirely filled and he might be a bit cranky, but he’ll be active.
• The longer you last in games, the more coins you earn – Games are a fun way to earn coins. The longer you last, and the more chips you collect, the more coins you earn.
• Visit the game room’s tree for free food and experience – The game room has a tree that’s filled with candy and stars. Pluck these treats and feed them to Om Nom for free bonuses. The treats regenerate every so often, so visit frequently for easy boosts.

• Stock up during sales – Every so often you’ll get a notice about a sale on food, furniture, or accessories for Om Nom. These sales usually bundle items and then slash the price, so they’re always worth a look.
• Want lots of stuff? Work towards a room expansion – Om Nom starts off with a tiny lair that doesn’t have much room for stuff. You can renovate, however. On the right side of the screen you’ll see a tally of the items necessary for expansion. Om Nom randomly drops most of the needed items when you play with him, but you can also buy the missing materials if you’re impatient.
