We’ve all had those days where we want to become a giant monster capable of smashing up an entire town. Well, Monsters With Attitude allows you to take your anger out on a virtual town instead. Collect loads of monsters all with one goal in mind, destroy as much as you can.

Do these monsters have an attitude?

Yes, these monsters have just received a humongous amount of homework. Rather than sitting down and getting through it, they have decided to destroy the planet or environment they are in. This may sound like paradise, but there are seven other monsters on your planet with the same goal as you. Plus, if you let them, they will destroy you and consume all your points too!

Each game lasts around a minute and a half, for good reason. Every thirty seconds the game will get faster and more drops will spawn. In the last thirty seconds, it’s a mad dash to the finish where your super charges up insanely quick. The aim of the game is simple, smash everything in your sight and get as big as you can.

Tips, Cheats and Strategies

  • Monsters.io- If you have ever played an “.io” game, then you know all about getting as big as you can. Whether you’ve played snake.io or hole.io the basics still apply. Avoid big guys, kill little ones and pick up anything shiny.
  • Grab gold. There are several coloured gems to grab while smashing up buildings and people. The lowest value gems are green, then blue, then red and the gold. So if you see large gold gems, run for them. They are worth significantly more than just green and blues, the same applies to red gems too.
  • Start small. At the begining of the level, you want to go for weak items that can be destroyed in one hit. Stuff like buildings and cars take multiple hits at the beginning, so smash up trees first, then cars, then whatever you feel like. Having a routine or rhythm will mean you get big quicker than your competition.
  • Collect what you farm. There is no point standing still smashing up a building as someone can swing by and grab all your gems. You want to be gathering gems as often as possible, so standing still mining is not a good idea.
  • Hit others. If you are inside the top three, then hit other players. You lose a lot of points for getting hit, so be sure to avoid the biggest monsters in your level. Keep them in touching distance, as the right weapon can totally change a game.
  • Grab soda cans. If you haven’t already noticed, there are several power-ups that spawn randomly across the map. Some of these weapons make you quicker or stronger temporarily. Other weapons can damage your opponents, allowing you to steal their gems.
  • Upgrade and change it up. You may have played as The Lattimers or Buzz and not used their supers effectively or just preferred Rufus for simplicity. Well, I recommend giving them another go because Buzz is excellent at dodging others and weapons. Plus, The Lattimers are excellent to start the game off quickly.
