Letters from Nowhere – Game Introduction

Welcome the Letters from Nowhere walkthrough on Gamezebo. Letters from Nowhere is a hidden object game played on the PC created by Awem. This walkthrough includes tips and tricks, helpful hints, and a strategy guide for how to complete Letters from Nowhere.

General Tips

• From the options menu of the game, you can adjust sound and music volume, as well as the custom cursor.
• The game features unlimited hints via the magnifying lens button: however, they take a short while to recharge after being used. It should be noted hints will not reveal the location of the second part of “interactive objects”.
• In addition to normal hints, 4 kinds of bonus hint methods can be unlocked: thermometer, suprise box, camera, and palette. You can unlock these with points you earn during gameplay. Purchasing one of these hint methods will unlock it for all currently available hidden object areas within a chapter. Find the objects representing these hint methods within a scene (i.e. thermometer) to unlock them for usage. The thermometer gives you a limited “hot and cold” ability for your cursor in order to find items you’re missing. The camera will temporarily show you the locations of items yet to be found, and the palette will turn the worded list of objects at the bottom of your screen into pictures, making it much easier to locate said objects.
• In each hidden object area, there’s what are called “interactive objects”. These require you to do something, or put them back together in order to cross them off your list, i.e. placing a doll’s head back on its body. These are strictly two-steps each, and there is one unique object of this nature per scene. Their locations are circled below in red in the guide.
• In each hidden object scene there’s also hidden 3 stamps. Collect all the stamps to earn a special trophy. You can keep track of whether or not you’ve found all the stamps in a location by looking at the stamp slots in the bottom left corner of the screen. Stamps are circled in blue in the guide below.
• Special items (Letters and Key Items) will appear once per episode. Letters are circled in purple and Key Items are circled in yellow. Key items will require you to complete a puzzle to successfully acquire them. All of these puzzles have the option to be skipped after an alotted period of time has passed.
• You do not need to complete scenes in order, and you can choose to exit or revisit anytime via the map icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Some areas will only be unlocked after completing others per episode. The guide below is outlined in an orderly fashion, charting scenes and locations from left to right as they appear per episode.
• Collect stamps to unlock Unlimited Mode.
• A Trophy Room can be viewed from the main menu. This keeps track of your achievements, as well as further challenges for you to try and accomplish. Scroll the cursor over a slot/stamp to view the challenge.

• Reassemble the Old Photo. The solution is shown below. Upon successful completion, you’ll have obtained the Old Photo as a key item.
