Jujutsu Infinite Black Flash Guide

Black Flash increases the raw damage for compatible moves and requires a full Focus Bar to use. The Focus Bar sits above the health bar at the bottom of the game screen and passively fills during combat and successful hits. To trigger a Black Flash when the bar is full, press right-click (M2) and follow it with ‘R’ when the diamond appears on the screen.

Alternatively, any moves that appear red from the available moveset roster are compatible with Black Flash and can be triggered with the move. Moves such as Rising Kick, Uplift, Axe Smash, Triple Kick, and Spin Kick can all be amplified with a Black Flash.

To unlock Black Flash, purchase Focus Awaken from the Focus Skill Tree. This Skill Tree also contains further Black Flash upgrades to increase its raw damage and reclaim health when performing a Black Flash! Landing a successful hit with this ability awards Black Flash Tokens, which players consume to use Maximum Techniques for certain Innate Techniques.

Black Flash Arms (Awakening)

When rolling for an Awakening, players have a 10% chance of obtaining the Legendary rarity Black Flash Arms. This Awakening applies an additional 8% Damage onto performed Black Flashes and cosmetically changes how the aura appears in combat.

Awakenings require a Purified Curse Hand to roll for, which drops from Chests at Special Grade rarity, or sometimes appears in the Curse Market for trade. However, using a second Purified Curse Hand will reroll the current Awakening, wiping the previous regardless of whether it was better or worse for the player’s build.
