JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R is a remake of the 2014 original fighting game that takes place in the universe of the hit manga series. It features 50 playable characters from throughout the series’ history, along with a wealth of different game modes. That includes the traditional All Star Battle Mode, as well as Arcade, Online, Versus, Practice, and Gallery. The big difference from the original is adjustments to the fighting system, with hit stops and jump dashes making the cut. There are also new audio recordings from the original anime voice actors.

These are the best characters available in the game, and well worth picking. As close to a guaranteed win as you can get.
These characters are great if you take the time to learn their movesets, but aren’t quite the instant win of S tier.
You’ll have to master these characters to get the best out of them, and even then you might struggle to win.
These characters can perform well in niche circumstances, but are otherwise worth avoiding.
Just don’t bother.
