The Kindled Inspiration Blossom quest is a world quest that will appear on your screen once you’re in the right area, and you don’t need to meet any requirements to unlock it. However, if you’re in a rush to complete it, head to Florawish and speak to Narci.
You can find her to the north of the Mayor’s Residence standing near some purple flowers. She is only there during the day (between 05:00-21:00), so you’ll have to wait a while if it is night-time.
Once you accept the quest, go to Marque’s Boutique and buy the ‘Floral Stroll’ shoes, which cost 13600 Bling. You can find the shop in the Florawish town center. There is also a chance you can get these shoes inside of loot boxes, but this is slim.
After you purchase them, put them on and make your way back to Narci. Speak to her, and the quest is complete!
Once the quest is finished, you can enjoy getting these rewards as a thanks for all your hard work. I mean, was it hard work? Sure the shoes were a little expensive, but they’re very cute! Some may say that it was worth it.
