To unlock the Serpent Breathing Style in Weak Legacy 2, you need to find the Obanai Iguro NPC, who is the Serpent Trainer. He stands atop a mountain in the middle of the game’s map, and he wears a stripey Haori.

By speaking with him, you can unlock ‘Breathing Training Quest 1’, which requires you to defeat 25 Demons. However, you also need to be at least level 5 and have 1K Yen spare.
