When to Expect a Tier List Update

This tier list will be updated as and when new Light Cones are released in Honkai Star Rail. With each new character, there is a brand-new Light Cone that is dedicated to them. In turn, this Light Cone will always be in S tier as it was designed specifically for them. However, additional Light Cones can also be placed in S tier over time if they receive a buff or are added to the game at a later time.
