But first, it’s best to explain what the tiers mean to give a little more context regarding each Light Cone ranking.
This tier list will be updated as and when new Light Cones are released in Honkai Star Rail. With each new character, there is a brand-new Light Cone that is dedicated to them. In turn, this Light Cone will always be in S-tier as it was designed specifically for them. However, additional Light Cones can also be placed in S-tier over time if they receive a buff or are added to the game at a later time.
