As with every Honkai Star Rail character, Huohuo has a signature light cone – the Night of Fright! This will instantly go into S-tier as it was designed especially for her abilities and stats – but this Light Cone can be useful on other characters too. Anyway, with Night of Fright being obtainable via the Light Cone gacha banner, it can be a little difficult to actually get it.

Luckily, these Light Cones are a little easier to get, but at a cost. They’re not as strong as Light Cones in S-tier, but they can still be used as permanent Light Cones until you get any of the above!
The only time you should be using one of these Light Cones is if you have nothing else. They’re fine, but they’re not exactly amazing.
These Light Cones are one step above D-tier purely because they have a very small chance of being useful… rarely.
