Aside from being a rhythm game that features a wide variety of fan-favourite Hololive members, there are also the Hololive Dreams Gacha banners to get familiar with. These banners grant you Holomem cards, improving your performance in the Hololive Dreams rhythm game.

To know which cards you should focus on obtaining, take a look at the rankings in my Hololive Dreams Tier List.

Hololive Dreams Gacha Guide

The gacha side of Hololive Dreams is where you can collect 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star cards of your favourite Hololive members [also referred to as Holomems].

  • If you signed up for the pre-registration, you should have a 4-star+ Guaranteed Gacha Ticket in your in-game mailbox. You can probably guess what this item does, but yes, it does indeed grant you a guaranteed 4-star or higher Holomem

Current Gacha Banners

With Hololive Dreams being a new game, there are only three banners available at this time. There will most likely be new banners coming soon, including limited-time event ones. I’ll add them to this guide once they’ve been released.

Holodori

For those familiar with gacha games, you’ll know exactly how permanent banners work. These banners are always available no matter the event or update. You have a chance to get any of the Hololive Dreams characters on this banner, with no rate-up boosts. As for the drop rates, they depend on the rarity:

  • 5-stars
    • 5% drop chance
  • 4-stars
    • 10% drop chance
  • 3-stars
    • 85% drop chance

To pull on the Holodori banner, you can use Diamonds or Tickets. Pink Diamonds and Tickets can be earned for free by playing the game. It’s just the Blue Diamonds that require real-life money.

Running Start

Available for all new players, the Running Start banner grants you a 5-star character within 10 pulls. Because of this, the only currency you can use to pull on the Running Start banner is Blue Diamonds, the premium currency in Hololive Dreams.

To get Blue Diamonds, you need to spend real-life money in the in-game store. However, this banner isn’t permanently available, as it disappears 48 hours after you complete the ‘The Beginning of a Dream’ quest of the main storyline.

Beginner Support

Like the Running Start banner, the Beginner Support banner is not permanently available. Instead, it lasts for 7 days after you complete Chapter 1 Episode 1 of the main storyline.

Now for how this banner works. Choose three 5-star Hololive members, which boosts their drop rates when pulling. To pull on the Beginner Support banner, you need Pink Diamonds, which are much easier to get and are F2P-friendly. However, you can use Blue Diamonds on this banner if you wish to do so.

Gacha Points

Each time you pull, you earn Gacha Points. Once you have 200 Gacha Points in total, you can head to the Exchange to pick the Holomem you want. It’s basically a way to guarantee a desired Holomem if you’re super unlucky with your pulls.

If you’ve obtained Gacha Points during limited-time events and the event ends, your Gacha Points turn into Holo Stickers, which can be used to purchase from the Holosticker Exchange.
