So, how do you level up efficiently?

Increasing the HoloCure Manager Level

The main way to increase your Manager Level is by levelling up your workers in the Holo House. The higher the Manager Level, the more workers you can hire – these workers will have better stats too! Furthermore, you’ll earn more Holo Coins too. Your Manager Level is based on the total amount of EXP that your workers obtain.

Workers will need to eat plenty of materials to replenish their energy, which then increases your Manager Level EXP too. It’s best to try to obtain rarer materials as they provide additional EXP – however, these materials are more difficult to find. Workers need to be given food fairly often, as they will reach the Exhausted state after working for a while.

The level cap for the Manager Level is 4, which in turn, increases the level cap for the workers to 50. One of the main benefits of improving your Holo House and Manager Level means you can take rewards from the game mode into the main game during your runs!
