What’s HoloCure? It’s all the rage at the moment. It’s a gacha roguelike that takes place in the hololive YouTube franchise. You unlock a bunch of characters, battle hordes of crazy fans, and collect items and more to make your life – and combat – much easier next time around.

HoloCure Items

Now, here’s a list of HoloCure items, what you get when you level them up, and unlock conditions.

Sake

Default unlock.

  • Level  One: Gain 10% Crit after not receiving damage for ten seconds
  • Level  Two: Gain 15% Crit after not receiving damage for ten seconds
  • Level  Three: Gain 20% Crit after not receiving damage for ten seconds

Limiter

To unlock, survive as Tsukumo Sana for ten minutes in a single run.

  • Level One: Gain 100% Pick Up Range
  • Level Two: Gain 200% Pick Up Range
  • Level Three: Gain 300% Pick Up Range

Body Pillow

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Every 15 seconds, gain a shield that absorbs 15 damage and reduces damage taken by 5%
  • Level Two: Every 15 seconds, gain a shield that absorbs 20 damage and reduces damage taken by 10%
  • Level Three: Every 15 seconds, gain a shield that absorbs 25 damage and reduces damage taken by 15%
  • Level Four: Every 15 seconds, gain a shield that absorbs 30 damage and reduces damage taken by 20%
  • Level Five: Every 15 seconds, gain a shield that absorbs 35 damage and reduces damage taken by 25%

Injection-type Asacoco

To unlock, complete ‘Stage Mode’ using an Asacoco item.

  • Level One: Increases Damage by 40%, but lose 5% HP every second
  • Level Two: Increases Damage by 60%, but lose 5% HP every second
  • Level Three: Increases Damage by 80%, but lose 5% HP every second

Credit Card

To unlock, find the Anvil.

  • Level One: Enhancing costs 20% less, and Anvils appear 20% more
  • Level Two: Enhancing costs 25% less, and Anvils appear 40% more
  • Level Three: Enhancing costs 30% less, and Anvils appear 60% more
  • Level Four: Enhancing costs 35% less, and Anvils appear 80% more
  • Level Five: Enhancing costs 40% less, and Anvils appear 100% more

Halu

To unlock, beat defeat 5,000 enemies in a single run.

  • Level One: Increase regular fan spawns, and fans become stronger. Gain HoloCoins every five targets defeated since taking this item.
  • Level Two: Increase regular fan spawns, and fans become stronger. Gain HoloCoins every four targets defeated since taking this item.
  • Level Three: Increase regular fan spawns, and fans become stronger. Gain HoloCoins every three targets defeated since taking this item.
  • Level Four: Increase regular fan spawns, and fans become stronger. Gain HoloCoins every two targets defeated since taking this item.
  • Level Five: Increase regular fan spawns, and fans become stronger. Gain HoloCoins every target defeated since taking this item.

Knightly Milk

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Increases attack range of weapons by 10% and pick-up radius by 30%
  • Level Two: Increases attack range of weapons by 15% and pick-up radius by 40%
  • Level Three: Increases attack range of weapons by 20% and pick-up radius by 50%

Face Mask

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Increases Damage dealt and taken by 30%, and Haste by 10%.

Plushie

To unlock, survive ten minutes in a single run with Hakos Baelz.

  • Level One: Take 30% of damage received initially, then the remainder over a set period.
  • Level Two: Take 20% of damage received initially, then the remainder over a set period.
  • Level Three: Take 10% of damage received initially, then the remainder over a set period.

Nurse’s Horn

Default unlock.

  • Level One: When a target is defeated, there is a 30% chance to heal for 2 HP. If less than 15% HP, you can heal for 30% max HP.
  • Level Two: When a target is defeated, there is a 30% chance to heal for 4 HP. If less than 15% HP, you can heal for 30% max HP.
  • Level Three: When a target is defeated, there is a 30% chance to heal for 6 HP. If less than 15% HP, you can heal for 30% max HP.

Full Meal

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Healing is doubled

Membership

To unlock, clear Stage Mode with Super Chatto Time! equiped.

  • Level One: Lose three Holo Coins per second. If Holo Coins is more than zero, increase damage by 30% and take 15% less damage.
  • Level Two: Lose three Holo Coins per second. If Holo Coins is more than zero, increase damage by 40% and take 18% less damage.
  • Level Three: Lose three Holo Coins per second. If Holo Coins is more than zero, increase damage by 50% and take 25% less damage.

Piki Piki Piman

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Gain 15 max HP. Also increases the special meter by 2% after receiving damage, with a 0.2 second cooldown.
  • Level Two: Gain 20 max HP. Also increases the special meter by 3% after receiving damage, with a 0.2 second cooldown.
  • Level Three: Gain 25 max HP. Also increases the special meter by 4% after receiving damage, with a 0.2 second cooldown.

Headphones

Default unlock.

  • Level One: 15% chance to negate a hit and knock back all enemies
  • Level Two: 20% chance to negate a hit and knock back all enemies
  • Level Three: 25% chance to negate a hit and knock back all enemies
  • Level Four: 30% chance to negate a hit and knock back all enemies
  • Level Five: 35% chance to negate a hit and knock back all enemies

Chicken’s Feather

Survive for ten minutes in a single run as Takanashi Kiari.

  • Level One: Gain a revive. On death, heal for 50% health and defeat all non-boss enemies.
  • Level Two: Gain two revives. On death, heal for 50% health and defeat all non-boss enemies.
  • Level Three: Gain three revives. On death, heal for 50% health and defeat all non-boss enemies.

Gorilla’s Paw

To unlock, beat Smol Ame.

  • Level  One: Increases Attack by 20% and reduces critical chance by 20%.
  • Level  Two: Increases Attack by 25% and reduces critical chance by 20%.
  • Level  Three: Increases Attack by 30% and reduces critical chance by 20%.

Uber Sheep

Default unlock.

  • Level One: Drops food every 10 seconds and increases food drop chance by 10%.
  • Level Two: Drops food every 9 seconds and increases food drop chance by 12%.
  • Level Three: Drops food every 8 seconds and increases food drop chance by 15%.
  • Level Four: Drops food every 7 seconds and increases food drop chance by 18%.
  • Level Five: Drops food every 6 seconds and increases food drop chance by 20%.

Idol Costume

To unlock, use your special.

  • Level One: Reduces Special Cooldown by 20%.
  • Level Two: Reduces Special Cooldown by 25%.
  • Level Three: Reduces Special Cooldown by 30%.
  • Level Four: Reduces Special Cooldown by 35%.
  • Level Five: Reduces Special Cooldown by 40%.

Energy Drink

To unlock, survive ten minutes in a single run with Calli.

  • Level One: Increases Speed by 30%, Haste by 10%, and Decreases HP by 25%.
  • Level Two: Increases Speed by 40%, Haste by 15%, and Decreases HP by 25%.
  • Level Three: Increases Speed by 50%, Haste by 20%, and Decreases HP by 25%.

Stolen Piggy Bank

To unlock, kill a Golden YAGOO.

  • Level One: Gain a coin every 100px travelled and increase SPD by 20%. Reduce Pick Up Range by 30%.
  • Level One: Gain a coin every 75px travelled and increase SPD by 30%. Reduce Pick Up Range by 30%.
  • Level One: Gain a coin every 50px travelled and increase SPD by 40%. Reduce Pick Up Range by 30%.

Study Glasses

To unlock, hit level 50 in a single run.

  • Level One: Increases XP by 10%.
  • Level Two: Increases XP by 15%.
  • Level Three: Increases XP by 20%.
  • Level Four: Increases XP by 25%.
  • Level Five: Increases XP by 30%.

Just Bandage

To unlock, die after the ten minute mark in a run.

  • Level One: Increase Max HP by ten. After being hit, heal 10% HP every three seconds until 80% of the damage taken is recovered.
  • Level Two: Increase Max HP by 20. After being hit, heal 10% HP every three seconds until 90% of the damage taken is recovered.
  • Level Three: Increase Max HP by 30. After being hit, heal 10% HP every three seconds until 100% of the damage taken is recovered.

GWS Pill

To unlock, die with the Halu item equipped.

  • Level One: While the special meter is charging, increase crit by 15%.
  • Level Two: While the special meter is charging, increase crit by 20%.
  • Level Three: White the special meter is charging, increase crit by 25%.

Super Chatto Time

To unlock, collect 5,000 Coins in total. This includes multiple runs.

  • Level One: Targets drop 20% more Holo Coins, and you pick up HoloCoins automatically.
  • Level Two: Targets drop 40% more Holo Coins, and you pick up HoloCoins automatically.
  • Level Three: Targets drop 60% more Holo Coins, and you pick up HoloCoins automatically.
  • Level Four: Targets drop 80% more Holo Coins, and you pick up HoloCoins automatically.
  • Level Five: Targets drop 100% more Holo Coins, and you pick up HoloCoins automatically.

Breastplate

Take at least 500 damage in one run.

  • Level One: Reduce damage received by 10% and Speed by 20%. When attacked, you have a 50% chance to reflect 200% damage back to the attacker.
  • Level Two: Reduce damage received by 15% and Speed by 20%. When attacked, you have a 50% chance to reflect 250% damage back to the attacker.
  • Level Three: Reduce damage received by 20% and Speed by 20%. When attacked, you have a 50% chance to reflect 300% damage back to the attacker.

Hope Soda

Beat stage mode as IRyS.

  • Level One: Increases critical damage by 10% and special cooldown by 25%.
  • Level Two: Increases critical damage by 20% and special cooldown by 25%.
  • Level Three: Increases critical damage by 30% and special cooldown by 25%.
  • Level Four: Increases critical damage by 40% and special cooldown by 25%.
  • Level Five: Increases critical damage by 50% and special cooldown by 25%.

Kusogaki Shackles

Survive for ten minutes as Murasaki Shion on any stage.

  • Level One: Reduces the negative effects of all items by 33%.
  • Level Two: Reduces the negative effects of all items by 66%.
  • Level Three: Reduces the negative effects of all items by 100%.

Devil Hat

Deal over 1,000 damage with one attack.

  • Level One: Attacks deal 20% more damage to enemies further than 150px away, and 10% less damage to those nearer than that.
  • Level Two: Attacks deal 40% more damage to enemies further than 150px away, and 10% less damage to those nearer than that.
  • Level Three: Attacks deal 60% more damage to enemies further than 150px away, and 10% less damage to those nearer than that.

Blacksmith’s Gear

Enhance a weapon once using an anvil.

  • Level One: Use a normal anvil twice. Enhancements increase your damage by 2 per level.
  • Level Two: Use a normal anvil twice. Enhancements increase your damage by 2.5 per level.
  • Level Three: Use a normal anvil twice. Enhancements increase your damage by 3 per level.

Focus Shades

  • All ranged or projectile attacks have a +30% chance to crit, dealing 500% of the weapon’s damage over five seconds when you do so.

Candy Kingdom Sweets

  • Increases Haste by 40%, but reduces your damage by 25%. You have a 10% chance to attack twice, dealing 33% of the initial damage.

Ninja Headband

  • Increases Speed by 40% and melee weapon damage by 15%.

Researcher’s Coat

  • Gain 4% XP every two seconds when your HP is full, or 1% when you’ve taken damage.

Beetle

  • Increases skill attack damage by 33% and a further 1% per level.

Super Items

Super items are stronger versions of regular items that feature better stats, zero penalties, and have unique abilities. They are already maxed out, and therefore cannot level up.

Super Study Glasses

  • Increase XP gain by 40% and double the chance of a Rainbow XP drop.

Super Idol Costume

  • Reduce special cooldown by 45%, and allows the use of special once more immediately per charge.

Super Super Chatto Time!

  • Targets drop 150% more HoloCoins, HoloCoins are automatically picked up, and gain a 1% ATK boost permanently every ten times you pick up HoloCoins.

Super Gorilla’s Paw

  • Increase attack damage by 50%.

Super Body Pillow

  • Gain a shield that absorbs up to 40 damage, and refreshes every 15 seconds. Also reduces damage taken by 30%, and heals for ten HP every three seconds when your shield is full.

Super Knightly Milk

  • Increases the attack size of weapons by 30%, and increases pick up range by 100% and Max HP by 20.

Super Energy Drink

  • Increases Haste by 30% and SPD by 60%.

Super Credit Card

  • Reduces enhancement costs by 50%, anvils appear twice as often, and an anvil is guaranteed to appear every minute.

Super Chicken’s Feather

  • Provides five revives. Each time you revive, gain +20% ATK and 10% SPD, heal 50% of your max HP, and instantly defeat non-boss enemies.

Super Sake

  • Increases crit damage by 30% but makes your aiming unstable.

Super Limiter

  • Increases your pick up range by 500%, and your XP and HoloCoin gain by 15%.

Super Nurse’s Horn

  • You have a 30% chance to steal 8 HP +5% max HP when defeating enemies, with an increase to 30% HP when you’re at less than 15%.

Super Headphones

  • Gain a 40% chance to negate a single hit and heal 10% of your max HP, knocking back all targets.
