How to Earn Talent Points
You earn a Talent Point each time you increase your Wizarding Level.The current level cap is level 40, meaning you have a limited amount of Talent Points to spend – so choose which talents to unlock wisely!
Hogwarts Legacy Talents
We’ll split each talent into their respective categories
Spells – Level 5
- Incendio Mastery – Casts a ring of flame around you
- Levioso Mastery – Enemies nearby to the target also levitate
- Accio Mastery – Enemies nearby to target also get pulled towards you
- Diffindo Mastery – Attacks additional enemies after hitting target
- Depulso Mastery – Casts an additional blast attack
- Confringo Mastery – Creates fire bolts that target enemies
Spells – Level 16
- Descendo Mastery – Creates a shockwave around the target
- Bombarda Mastery – Creates a blast attack AoE
- Glacius Mastery – Attack an enemy that is frozen to create dangerous shards
Spells – Level 22
- Transformation Mastery – Enemies transform into explosive objects when hit by the Transformation spell
Dark Arts – Level 5
- Knockback Curse – Flipendo creates the same effect as a curse, as cursed enemies take more damage
- Blood Curse – Attacking a cursed enemy damages all that are cursed
- Stunning Curse – Stupefy creates the same effect as a curse, as cursed enemies take more damage
- Disarming Curse – Expelliarmus creates the same effect as a curse, as cursed enemies take more damage
Dark Arts – Level 16
- Crucio Mastery – Creates a projectile that curses another enemy when attacking a target affected by Crucio
- Slowing Curse – Arresto Momentum creates the same effect as a curse, as cursed enemies take more damage
- Enduring Curse – Curses stay on the enemy for longer
- Imperio Mastery – Enemies under control will curse other targets as they attack
Dark Arts – Level 22
- Curse Sapper – Defeating an enemy that is cursed restores health
- Avada Kedavra Mastery – Defeating an enemy affected by Avada Kedavra will kill all enemies that are cursed
Core – Level 5
- Swift – Hold down Dodge to vanish and reappear close by
- Basic Cast Memory – Reduces spell cooldowns
- Protego Absorption – Protego blocks that are successful add to the Ancient Magic meter
- Wiggenweld Potency I – Improves healing
- Spell Knowledge I – Swap to a new skill set
- Spell Knowledge II – Swap to a new skill set
Core – Level 16
- Revelio Mastery – Boosts the range of the Revelio spell
- Spell Knowledge III – Swap to a new skill set
- Evasion Absorptions – Evading an attack with Dodge adds to the Ancient Magic meter
- Wiggenweld Potency II – Boosts healing further
- Stupefy Mastery – Enemies are stunned for longer
- Protego Expertise – Sends 2 projectile attacks at the enemies when blocking a spell
Core – Level 22
- Stupefy Expertise – Deals direct damage to enemies
- Protego Mastery – Produces a blast that destroys the shields of enemies
Stealth – Level 5
- Human Demiguise – Sprint while you use Disillusionment
- Sense of Secrecy I – Enemies will find it more difficult to detect you
Stealth – Level 16
- Sense of Secrecy II – Enemies will find it more difficult to detect you
Stealth – Level 22
- Petrificus Totalus Mastery – The spell creates an AoE attack
Room of Requirement – Level 5
- Fertilizer – A second Chinese Chomping Cabbage is created after each one is thrown
- Edurus Potion Potency – Allows you to become invulnerable and deflects projectiles
- Invisibility Potion Potency – The undetectable effect lasts longer
Room of Requirement – Level 16
- Headache – Duration and damage of the effect “Incapacitating” increases
- Maxima Potion Potency – Attacks have increased damage and can easily destroy the shields of enemies
Room of Requirement – Level 22
- Noxious – Venomous Tentacula attacks with more damage and can break shields
- Thunderbrew Potency – The potion effect’s damage and range increases
- Focus Potion Potency – Increases the duration of the potion effect when spells of the same Spell Set are used
