How Do I Get The Map To Start The Quest?

Where you start the quest will depend on which house you started with. You’re likely to run into the map in the course of the quests. They are as follows for each house:

• Gryffindor – In the Hogsmeade Graveyard.
• Ravenclaw – At the top of the owlery during Olivander’s Heirloom.
• Slytherin – In Apollonia’s Grotto during Scrope’s Last Hope.
• Hufflepuff –  During the quest Prisoner Of Love, behind Claire Beaumont’s stall in Upper Hogsfield.

Where Is The Map Pointing To?

The location on the map is a bridge next to the Forbidden Forest fast travel point. You will need to approach the area at night, interact with a letter left on the bridge, and use the Lumos spell. You should see some enchanted candles floating at the end of the bridge.

Follow the candles into the forest. The candles will wait if you fall behind, so don’t worry about keeping up. Follow these to the end, and you’ll find a picnic spot and a treasure chest.

What Rewards Does The Quest Give?

After your hard work finding the hidden treasure, you can enjoy the spoils inside the chest, which are as follows.

• 180XP
