You choose whether you’re one of the hiders or the seeker at the start of each level, then run around trying to fulfil whichever destiny you chose. It’s a simple idea, but there are a few things you’re going to have to know if you want to succeed.

When you’re seeking you need to watch out for all the clues that the hiders leave behind. That might be trails of footprints, the puff of smoke when they pick something up, or the swinging door they just passed through. Keep an eye out for anything that tells you where the hiders might be.
When you’re hiding, you need to keep a close eye on the red arrow. It shows you where the seeker is, and it’ll get bigger as they get closer to you. Try and keep as much distance as possible between you and the seeker, and use the arrow to gauge just how far away they are.
You’ll pick up the cash naturally as you try and keep away from the seeker or search the hiders. Your focus should be on hiding or seeking, not grabbing the gold – perform your role well and you’ll pick up more than enough money to keep you ticking over.
When hiders are trapped in cages, you can free them by walking over them. It’s a good way to keep the focus off you, and you’ll have a better chance of surviving to the end of the level if there are more people for the seeker to catch. Don’t risk your own life to free them, but if you see a chance you should definitely take it.Â
When you spot a power-up on the ground you should pick it up, because it’s going to give you an edge. Learn how to use them and you’re going to be in a great position to win. The same goes for the portals – zap out at the right time and you’re going to be almost impossible to catch.
