Curious about the Halls of Torment blood trail? Well, our guide is here to help! We’ve made sure to include all you need to know about the blood trails that you can find in the action-packed survival roguelite.

Halls of Torment is a survival roguelite that takes inspiration from Vampire Survivors. There’s a whole range of unlockables within the game, such as new classes, traits, abilities, and more. Battle against hordes of enemies as you explore and experiment with a wide variety of play styles. After defeating waves of opponents, you’ll come face to face with powerful bosses – each becoming stronger the more you progress. The game itself features a fantastic pre-rendered style, similar to titles from the late 90s – what’s not to love?

You can learn more about it on the game’s offical Steam page. We also recommend checking out our Halls of Torment abilities tier list, Type Soul clan tier list, and Tales of Yokai tier list.

Halls of Torment Blood Trail Guide

Now, let’s move on to the guide!

What is a Blood Trail?

In short, a Blood Trail can lead you to shrines in Halls of Torment. At the moment, we only know of two shrines that can be found by following a blood trail. By visiting these shrines, you can obtain a Token of Pain, which results in the reduction of The Lord of Pain’s overall HP.

Where to Find a Blood Trail

If you’re looking for a blood trail, the best places to look at near wells in the first level, which is the Haunted Caverns.

What to Do When You Find a Blood Trail

Once you’ve come across a blood trail, simply follow it until you find Bloodstained Pages. These pages will explain how to charge shrines and what to do when you find one – which is to offer sacrifices to the shrine by defeating enemies that are inside the purple AOEs. Once you have charged the shrines, you will be rewarded with a Token of Pain, which makes The Lord of Pain’s boss fight much easier to defeat.
