Grow a Garden Kitchen Storm Update

Releasing on Saturday, August 9th, the Kitchen Storm Update is an expansion on the existing Cooking Update. From the promo event notifier within Roblox, we don’t see all too many changes within the feature image, so what’s in the pot for this update?

Well, the description details that the Kitchen Storm is cooking up more rewards, new seeds, features, and even a new admin weather. But do we know more?

The Prismatic Palette of Chris P.

Most players taking part in the Cooking Update will by now understand how the reward scheme works. If you feed Chris P. large cravings, he will give you more rewards. And, if you feed him rarer versions of his cravings, such as Prismatics, he will give you better rewards.

However, achieving Prismatic status often relies on the now unobtainable Bone Blossom tree, obtained through the Dino Event reward scheme from several weeks ago. A lot of players for one reason or another missed out on the opportunity to get a Bone Blossom, and reside themselves to lesser tier rewards.

But what am I getting at?

Potential New Recipes

This new update may change the tides of this event, adding new recipes, making the reward table more achievable to the average player. This makes sense as well as we know to expect new seeds and rewards. With more available, having only two recipes per food item and rarity won’t cut it anymore.

Of course, this is all speculation, so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt. We will just have to see what truly changes during the update this Saturday.
