Grow a Garden Friendship Update – What We Know So Far
Multiplayer gameplay comes to Grow a Garden.

The Grow a Garden Friendship Update is a new event, previously known as the Bizzier Bees update. To find out what else is new in the upcoming Grow a Garden event, take a look at our guide on that!
Grow a Garden Friendship Update
Before I start, I need to mention that the Friendship Update is the new name for the Bizzier Bees update! The developers randomly changed the name for it overnight, whilst announcing some additional content that entails working together with friends, hence the update’s name.
What is the Friendship Update?
Aside from the information I already covered in our Bizzier Bees update guide, there are a few more additions to Grow a Garden. As the name suggests, the Friendship Update brings new features to the game, such as Garden Likes and Friend Pots.
Garden Likes
The former is something we already have a screenshot of in the official Grow a Garden Discord server. From the image, we can see the player’s name, followed by ‘garden’ and then a thumbs-up icon with the number 4 next to it. This is likely the Garden Likes feature, which allows players to ‘like’ other players’ gardens. Currently, there is no information available regarding whether rewards are a thing for reaching a certain number of likes or if it’s simply a multiplayer feature.
Friend Pots
As for the Friend Pots, there isn’t much information available about them other than what we can surmise from the promotional image for the Friendship Update. Two players stand on either side of a potted flower as they both water the plant with their watering cans. The plant stretches up and blooms with multi-coloured flowers.
From this, I assume that Friend Pots are specific plants that players can grow together, but I’m not sure if profits are split once the crop is sold. This could either be a cosmetic or there’s a shared profit feature incoming for multiplayer.
