Ascending your garden means you can unlock upgrades!

How to Ascend in Grow a Garden

To ascend your garden, you must interact with the Garden Ascension NPC who stands behind a counter. Each ascension costs 1 trillion Sheckles, but you can only ascend once per day, with a cooldown of 24 hours.

However, the Garden Ascension NPC also asks for a specific crop. So, once you have 1 trillion Sheckles and the correct crop, you can ascend! Sometimes, the NPC asks for certain mutations, too. When you ascend, your Sheckles are reduced to 0, and you obtain 10 Garden Coins. The possible crops and mutations are as follows:

• Romanesco
• Sugar Apple
• Elder Strawberry
• Ember Lily

Mutations

• Twisted
• Choc
• Frozen
• Wet
• Drenched
• Tempestuous
• Moonlit

• Aurora
• Shocked
• Chilled
• Windstruck
• Sundried

What are Garden Coins?

Once you obtain Garden Coins by ascending your garden, you can spend them! The Garden Ascension NPC has a shop where you can purchase a variety of upgrades with said currency.

• Increase your Save Slots by 1
  • Costs 50 Garden Coins
• Increase the amount of Eggs you can have in your garden by 1
  • Costs 20 Garden Coins
• Increases the amount of Pets you can have in your inventory by 10
  • Costs 20 Garden Coins
• Increases the amount of Cosmetics you can have in your inventory by 10
  • Costs 10 Garden Coins
• Increases the amount of Crops you can have in your inventory by 10
  • Costs 20 Garden Coins

There is only one Save Slot upgrade available; however, you can increase the inventory upgrades a total of five times each.
