Inspired by the top security prison in One Piece. The Impel Down is an island well-equipped with enemies eager to take down trespassing pirates. Impel Down has the additional security of a fortified wall that surrounds the entire island. They really do not want you to go there it seems…
But, all the best loot comes from forbidden areas! Impel Down is no exception. This in-game raid area challenges you to a jailbreak-like game mode. Your avatar will begin locked up in cuffs and you have to try and battle your way to freedom through an onslaught of levels and increasingly powerful enemies.
The minimum requirement for reaching Impel Down is Level 325 as it is located within the Second Sea. You’ll also need to have obtained the World Scroll. This is a rare drop found atop the shrine at the Marine Base G-1’s Rough Waters.
Once you’ve made it to the Second Sea, you’ll spawn at the Rovo Island. From here you’ll need to do the following to find Impel Down:
