I reckon these characters are worth the upgrades and resources! Yes, they’re not as strong as S-tier heroes, but they sure do pack a punch.
The middle tier. Does that mean they’re bad? Not really, but they do have a few weaknesses, and should only be used in certain situations.
Imagine B-tier heroes, but worse. And I mean a lot worse.
There’s absolutely no point in paying attention to these heroes.
