You’ll first need to set sail for Clown Town to locate the Flash Step V1 trainer. Each version of Flash Step has different requirements in order for you to learn the skill. To locate the V1 trainer, head to the right once you’ve docked onto Clown Town Island and head past the huddle of Clown NPCs. On top of the wall near a building will be the Flash Step Trainer! This NPC is where your journey begins.
The second trainer can be located at The Three Islands. As expected, Flash Step V2 is an upgraded version of the Flash Step V1. On top of the Beli fee to learn this second version, players must be Level 600+ to obtain Flash Step V2.
The final and most rewarding of this move upgrade will naturally have the most requirements in order to unlock.
Flash Step is a move set which players can pay to learn so long as they are at the ideal level and have enough Beli to convince the trainer to teach them. This move allows the player to use bursts of speed to move faster than the eye can track, appearing as though they are teleporting within a radius of their starting point.
