A rod made of remains!
A rod crafted using the remains of ancient creatures! The Fisch Rod Of The Forgotten Fang is one of the best craftable rods currently available, but getting everything you need may take a while.

First things first I’ll go through the stats it has. Compared to many of the other craftable rods, this is great! Especially the high luck and max kg:
However, there is a lot more to this rod than the stats! It has a unique ability. After 3 perfect catches (meaning you keep the fish inside the bar during the catching mini-game), a Megalodon will jump out of the water and reward you with a higher-tier fish.
To get this rod, you have to craft it. Unlocking the Ancient Archives is a complicated process, as it requires you to have all 4 fragments found on the Ancient Isles, 3 other players (4 including you), and for there to be an Eclipse. I’ve linked posts above for more information on crafting and how to unlock this area!
Once in the Ancient Archives, you can craft this rod, as long as you meet the following requirements:
Well, that comes down to you! The items required to craft it can be tricky to obtain, especially as both Meg’s Fang and Meg’s Spine are mythical. Arguably, the trickiest (and most time-consuming part) is reaching level 750.
That being said, if you’re a regular fisher and want something to show off for all your hard work, this rod is a great choice! It has good stats and an even better ability.
